There was a worker here on Sunday June 15th at 8:00 PM, she looked a little bigger, maybe in her 30’s or early 40’s, and miserable. My husbands grandfather has CHF and was at this hospital looking for food, his grandmother and I went to this subway and were verbally assaulted by the employee working this day. She went on break at 8:30pm when they close at 9 then when she got back made sure to make my husbands grandmother feel terrible about choosing to eat there and wait for the employee to come back from break. She was very rude when taking the order and kept reminding us that she wants to go back to the back and not be up there helping us.

Do not order here. The staff discriminated against people of color. Staff member refused to hand over my pick up order although I had a receipt showing my order. I also reached out to doordash for assistance. The staff member refused to come you the phone or answer doordash customer service when they called citing she was under no obligation to answer the phone. I will never order here again and I am canceling my doordash account. let's be smarter consumers. I am no longer spending my money with companies that feed me bull or excuses and rewarding bad behavior all while taking my money. I get more fulfillment eating at home and will continue to do so.

Ate there twice this week and both times they toasted my subway so long it was crunchy and hard to eat. If you get yours toasted be sure to tell them “LIGHTLY” toasted.

A couple months ago I ordered they couldn't deliver because even though it says they're open till 10:00 the hospital closes at 8. :00 doordash said that the money goes to Subway and they had to refund me. Never did get my money all back. Yes 2 days ago. Ordered food through doordash off the subway app was called and said sorry we don't have any pizzas and so I paid $9 for a pizza that I didn't get. This is Subway's responsibility to refund me. Have made several calls. No one calls me back. They always say they have to talk to manager after making three four calls. Now I'm fed up. I'm going to have to dispute the charge. Watch what you do because they will never give you your money back

I ordered around 9am this morning 7/5/2024 when they opened, figured maybe I get freshness I got a breakfast sandwich steak & egg here this morning and the bread was horrible, hard as a rock didn’t taste fresh at all I felt like she gave off a rude vibe and just didn’t want to be there, hopefully in there future she will have a better attitude as well as making sure the food quality is better!
