the lady that was working( we didn't catch her name) the day is (09-0125) around 5:30 pm was rude. like REALLY rude and she was throwing stuff around, and we didn't see the sign about the coupons and she got all mad at us, she shouldn't be working in customer service, especially if she's gonna act like that.

Absolutely the worst subway in Wyandotte!!!! I made an online order all to pick this up??!!?? This is supposed to be extra olives and mayo! When I called up to the store I was told by a very rude gentleman that his manager informed him not to actually put extras of veggies??????? Then when I asked to speak to a manager I got an even bigger attitude and was told there wasn't one on shift. I honestly wouldn't be making a big deal if I didn't just pay almost 12 dollars for this!!!!!!! Day 2 called to speak to a manager and was told there wouldn't be one available until Sunday??? What is going on at this location???!!!??? How is it there isn't a single manager on duty from Thursday to Sunday????

Food was amazing. Felt bad for the people ahead of us who just paid and left, and two girls workers just started talking about them. I can only expect i was up next 🙈🙉🙊definitely felt awkward 😅 probably will not be back to this one but the food was great 🤷♀️

Rude employees. They "redate" food instead of throwing it out and making less to minimize waste. Some proteins are served a week after they should have been tossed. Also, they thaw food by just letting it sit at room temp for 5+ hours instead of running it under cold water. Those are only two of many of the health safety issues at this place. Be careful about eating there, especially if you have a compromised immune system.

Place is actually kinda gross. They hide the meat side behind the cooler doors, and you can see it hasn't been cleaned in what looks like months. I avoid subways that hide the food. Because 9 out of 10 times, the ppl working just don't give af.
