Food is old and stale and counters are messy. Workers are also very inefficient. The sub got cold in the time it took for them to make it. Would not recommend.

Ordered online from Allen Park at 6:05. Email states ordered would be ready at 6:25. Arrived at 6:28 and ordered wasn’t even started yet! They said they were busy. I should have been next since I was in the store but they continued to wait on everyone else and then waited on me! I tip 20% for carry out and since service didn’t warrant a tip, I want that refunded. Wrong bread on my sub was wrong, no big deal. Still good sub. I’m upset due to the fact of what is the point of ordering online if the order “doesn’t jump the line?”. Won’t happen again.EDIT: I talked to Brenda the manager and she was apologetic and offered me a remake of my order. She explained it was a new employee and he wasn’t familiar with the online orders and there was a call off that night. I appreciate the honesty and will visit this location again.

To Jacob, the young man working alone today at the Subway on Eureka near Roosevelt High School, I should’ve said this while I was there, and I didn’t, but me and my fiance have been thinking about you all evening:Props to you. You were working alone today. You had a line of people waiting for their food, the dining room had guests and the online orders kept printing out. You kept a smile on your face, you treated everyone politely and even made small talk to the people you were assisting, while apologizing to the rest for the wait. You didn’t rush through anything, you didn’t cut corners and you didn’t make anyone feel like an inconvenience, even though I’m sure you were very overwhelmed with the amount of tasks you had.When asked if you had asked your manager for help since your coworker did not come in, you explained that she had been working open to close all week and made the comment “so if I can take some of the load off of her, I will”. You also made the comment about how “you just have to breathe through it” when things get busy, or chaotic. For you to be the age you are, and have the character, kindness and response to a stressful situation you do, you’re going to go far in this life; especially when you manage to hold onto a smile the entire time.Be proud of yourself.

I went to this Subway last Thursday evening around 8:00 ? pm. Rex and Coby greeted me then took my order! The two worked very well together, asked a lot of questions that resulted in me receiving a Philly Steak “Monster” sandwich prepared to perfection! The questions these gentlemen asked were then assembled to make a Sandwich that was PERFECT! Nice Job Rex and Coby! These young men made it a pleasant experience and I will return in the future because of their friendly helpful attitude! By the way the “Monster” Philly Steak sandwich is Delicious!

I placed an online order through their app, went to go pick it up, only to be told ONCE I GOT THERE that half of the items I wanted on my sandwich wasn’t available. I was then told by manager Mary that I could NOT get a refund even though I hadn’t even touched the food. It was still in her hands! I will never return to this location! Beware of online orders. They give you food you don’t want and refuse money back.
