I had 5 broken teeth and 2 large abscesses and couldn't eat much of anything but was starving. I was looking for something soft to gum. Thinking tamales or beans and cheese. Of the options the flour tortilla beef birria seemed to be the best fit. I ordered those, a side of beans and, a side of consomme. Was amazing. First thing first chef was the most polite and kind guy bringing my food to the table. I ordered the birria dish. The presentation was fine but the meat was not fine at all. The meat was chunky and nothing fell apart like birria should. Lack of juices and favoring in the meat. You needed the hot sauce to help chew through it. I'll be giving them a second try sometime this month.
