Very tasty coffee and friendly staff. I really liked they gave water to what seemed like a regular homeless guy that comes there. Little disappointed when i went there Monday 7/21 at 7:10 and they were closed 😪 waste of gas because I went to wyandotte just for coffee there and it was closed. Hours say they are open till 8pm. I did suggest a review to the hours if 8pm isn't correct so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I love their frozen lattes and various other drinks. A wonderful variety of flavors and options. Only concern is a creepy old regular customer that hits on all the female workers. Sometimes it is unsettling and straight up weird.

Unfortunately today's order through door dash was not good. Ordered a cherry chocolate latte and it tasted like a strong cup of coffee. I ordered two of them. We both could not taste any flavor, just coffee.

The past two times I have gone in here and received AWFUL customer service from two different female employees both taking my order. No one greets you or smiles at any point. Gave condescending answers and attitude (especially the girl today). My husband ordered a croissant and after two bites he told me it was too stale and had to throw it away. Bummed out because we just moved to Wyandotte and wanted to find a spot in walking distance to go consistently but this place is not worth the horrible workers and stale food. I used to be a barista so I first hand know how important it is to build a positive reputation with your customers to bring them back!
Went here recently with some coworkers for coffee before our shift. We all asked for oat milk in our drinks and specified intolerances. 30 minutes later we’re all dealing with serious stomach pain and cramping- we were given regular milk. I had to leave work and come back late I got so sick. The manager was apologetic, but 3 people got sick and I almost had to call off entirely. I personally won’t be back.

The atmosphere is cozy and calm with either music or a nice TV show. The people are nice and friendly and the coffee is delicious I recommend the Secret Garden Coldbrew. Highly recommend this place for coffee and other delicious drinks and pastries.

Been going here for a few months now and the drinks are always so good! Fair pricing, good sizing, and the staff is always really friendly and seem to get along with one another really well, too. I love coming in here and ordering a drink and sitting and reading. The decor and overall feel of the place is perfection.

Please update your hours. We've been walking to coffee lounge in the mornings before work - Google says 7 am but the past two days we've come they've been closed around 7-7:40 am. Disappointing as we love to support local business!
