I love this place! I consider myself a “regular” here. The bartender, Jarrod, makes the best drinks and always has awesome drink specials. I love that he garnishes the drinks with the good cherries. 😉 I highly recommend this spot if you’re into well-made drinks, great ambiance, and a cool, laid-back crowd.

This place is second to none, the atmosphere and vibe gives you a feeling of being on the east coast, (South Beach Miami) Jarrod and Joe are the BEST bartenders in the Downriver area, their service and attention to detail is VIP, the DJ was incredible and made the vibe of feeling like you were in Miami a reality.
Will def be making this our weekend hang out and will recommend to others!

Requested a "well drink" that was on ladies night special for $5. I was charged $9. I nicely asked why. Bartender apologized for the mixup and then proceeded to go to the other end of the bar where my friend was standing saying rude things about me. And I even gave him a $5 TIP!

Having been to just about every bar in Wyandotte I can honestly say this hidden gem is by far my very favorite! The drinks are always out of this world! The two bartenders, Joe and Kevin are top notch at what that do and are great at interacting with their customers making you feel very wanted there. The prices are wonderful and many fun activities including music night and ladies night are regular weekly activities. I 100% recommend trying the Oak Barrel and you may become a regular like me!

The Oak Barrel is an amazing bar. The service was excellent, even though it was just the bartender working,new didn't wait long for the drinks. The drinks were awesome, and the atmosphere was really laid back. I will definitely be back. Kevin was an awesome bartender and he was very helpful since it was our first time being there.
