From start to finish, Mr. Dherin and Cameron the manager, were upmost respectable and professional. Worked with my flexibility moving in from out of state and my move out after a year lease. Bought a home so I moved out. Great community and SAFE. very popular area, coming from California comparable to most high rise apartment complexes. Key Fob access safety, makes you fee safe entering and exiting building. Clean apartment halls and areas. Maintenance addressed all small issues I ever had from my entire lease. New washer and dryers. Even for the buisy bar district area noise concerns are NOT an issue.

Takes Downtown Wyandotte to another level to have such a beautiful place that you can either rent of purchase if you like. The deck with the pool during the summer I don't think you could find unless your on vacation. If anything does happen do break, which happens with any building, property managers respond right away and fix in a very timely manner. :-)

These are the biggest eyesore, they absolutely ruin the traditional and classic aesthetic of a bygone era that makes the rest of Wyandotte beautiful. They do not not mesh with any other structure in the entire city. I cannot believe anyone would voluntarily live in something so ugly and chintzy looking, as though they were slapped together in a day and made of plastic. And despite how they look, are probably expensive!

My experience living at the W. Loft has been fantastic! I feel very safe with the security features of the building. Love the chef inspired and beautifully designed kitchen. Located in beautiful downtown Wyandotte, I’m able to enjoy the convenience of shopping, bars, restaurants and great view of downtown Wyandotte area. The amenities are A+ with modern office space, rooftop pool and gym!
This place is setting a higher standard for Wyandotte. Between the rooftop pool, gym, 1gb internet service, and everything else, it's like living at a hotel! Definitely going to be the ultimate pre-game spot in the summer.

I love living at these lofts! It’s at a perfect location in Wyandotte near many restaurants, bars, and stores. Below us is a Mexican restaurant that does room service to your apartment which is fast and convenient. I also LOVE the gym, it has all the equipment you need to get a solid workout in. I’m looking forward to the summer so we can try out the roof top pool!! Also property management team is on top of everything and awesome!

Whose got it better than me? Nobody! I am living my best life in an amazing 3rd floor loft. I threw a party recently and every guests mouth dropped in amazement as I opened the door. I have also enjoyed living so close to Tacos and Tequila and The Oak Barrel. The vibe is so cool and the staff is great at making you feel welcome and comfortable! Looking forward to the weather breaking soon so I can enjoy even more resort like amenities!

Living at the lofts has been a great luxury experience. The property is well kept and extremely clean. The management team responds quickly to anything you may need or questions you have. The location is great within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and parks. I can’t wait to use the rooftop pool in the summer!
