I’ve been coming to this establishment for well over a year, ordering the same consistent orders and only ever since they changed management and the new manager came to the store. My orders have been getting messed up. She’s been very rude in argues constantly when I tipped well over $200 over the last year just because I liked All the employees. Now I don’t come here until she leaves her shift because how unbearable she is just because the manager doesn’t mean she knows everything genuinely one of the rudest and actually makes people leave the establishment keeping her on board will only kill the store (brown hair very short glasses)

the only time hortons where they mess a cold brew with cold foam up. no where else has tasted like this. i threw it out it was not at all what i wanted. 0/5 coffee.

Just had the absolute worst breakfast ever here. Croissant sausage sandwich. Burnt and must have been days old. Potato was like the bottom of my shoe. Should have been ashamed to even serve that to a customer.
Honestly the most decent tims Ive been to in awhile. Nothing special but not terrible. Better than the trenton location or the northline one!

When the Hell are you going to fix the air conditioning in this place? My goodness fix it once and for all. If you can't, sell the Damm place to someone who can.

The young girl seemed pleasant but the other person working there was extremely rude. Acted like we were bothering them with our coffee order. I’ve never experienced such awful attitude. February 27th 2:10 pm

This place is run down. The toaster for the sandwiches is broken. The owner doesn't seem to care. There is a worker named Riley who is awesome. She needs a raise. I feel sorry for the workers due to equipment not working properly. Something needs to change or they will close down. The owner needs to step up and fix the problem

I came through the drive thru this morning to order some Timbit's and an iced capp. They advised me that the machine for iced capps was down and that they did not have any Timbits. As I was looking at the menu for another item to get instead, the person who was taking my order said "Well all we have are donuts right now and if you aren't here for donuts ONLY, you can get out of our drive thru." I sat in silence for a moment and drove away. I have had issues with this Tim Horton's before but let it go. This was my final straw with this Tim Horton's. :(

This location used to be a lot better. I usually get bakery items (muffins) and slowly the quality has been going down even very early in the morning when you’d expect them to be the most fresh. Today they were literally as hard as a rock?? You can seriously tap on the top of it and it sounds like you’re hitting a rock. Both muffins are inedible. Not sure why you would think it’s okay to give that to a customer.

I realize everybody has their bad days but lately the service at this Tim hortons has been Garbage.. I noticed a new young girl working at the drive through. She was such a cheerful sweetheart. When I first met her. Clearly doesn't need to be working at this job... When I pull up today and she has tears In her eyes. The service absolutely sucked and the guy behind the speaker acted like I was bothering him. If you don't like your job sir, there are a lot of other jobs you can find. Perhaps you need to adjust your awful customer service. The manager was no better. I was talking to the young girl at the window As I waited for my food, that was the wrong order by the way.. I encourage her.
To find another place to work because someone with her impeccable.Customer service does not need to be working there. The other people working there seemed absolutely miserable.I could see them breaking her spirit in just a week. Just in case the dates are changed on here today is January 14th 2025. I'll make sure not to Spend my hard-earned money as a customer service representative At Tim Hortons..
My suggestion is get it together over there Before this establishment is shut down and replaced by something else as well..

I’ve tried this location many times because it’s close to work, but they repeatedly get my drink order wrong. I’ve gone back twice to have it remade, but I give up. I order a chai latte with cinnamon on top because any kind of coffee is too harsh for my stomach. I’ve gotten black coffees, regular lattes, chai tea with milk, chai with extra vanilla added that I didn’t ask for. Today I got a regular latte. I tried, and I’m polite when asking for it to be fixed, other times I just throw it away and cut my losses. But I can’t keep wasting my money on food I can’t eat. I think it’s a training issue? Nobody seems to know how to make Barista drinks here. Everyone’s nice enough, but idk there’s some disconnect in training.

Went there yesterday and THEY HAD NO HEAT. It was FREEZING in there. I felt bad for the employees who were obviously very cold. I heard that they still haven't fixed it and this is a day later. Shame on you whoever owns that franchise. You don't deserve to be a business owner.
