This Tim Hortons location is truly a great place for me. The staff who work in the mornings are so friendly and nice. I absolutely love their cinnamon croissant muffins (I stop by almost every morning just for those muffins!). I had a slightly embarrassing situation at the checkout, but the employee in the gray shirt (I don't know her name) helped me a lot. My son really needed that muffin to help him recover from his cold. I was so embarrassed, but I was so grateful for...

Very hot and good dark roast coffee and very generous and compassionate employees who had compassion and kindness to an individual who was trying to warm up and get something warm to drink with the little they had and a customer intervened and helped as well. Not that common in other surrounding areas. Two thumbs up for that act of kindness with no judgement.
