This was the slowest worst Wendy's.I've ever been into my life.I don't know how they stay open if I was.The boss I'd buy every person at work behind that counter.Why have my way of body with grubhub?I'll never be back

Can never just order pull up, pay, and drive off with food. Always have to pull up and wait for something after paying. Wait. Wait. The food has been underwhelming since COVID and with a Dave's single combo running over $10 now the value just isn't there. I seldom if ever eat fast food. Until they can stop gouging Americans with these crazy prices, I am speaking with my wallet.

Worst customer service ever refused to do to orders then refuses to serve me ingeneral then got in mine and my coworkers face and was yelling and cussing and threatened us i will never go back and none of my coworker will be eather. I hope this place gets shut

Whoever works the shift on Feb 18th, 2024 at 12:30pm needs to be fired. Unprofessional as hell! All 3 of them. Came to the speaker and was all laughs, couldn't even take the order, had us wait then went in and they gave the order away on top of that RUDE AS HELL!!!!! Can't even believe this is who they hire. How they were we didn't even trust to eat out food. Worse service ever.
Always fast service here. Workers are always friendly in the drive thru when I go. Food is always on point and fresh when I get it.

Rude employees. Don't let drive through know they're out of regular coke and gives my vehicle cherry coke (not a problem normally) but, when the person that ordered the come has a cherry allergy and the skinny cashier gets an attitude for exchanging it. Then gives our food to another vehicle and then gets rude we're still waiting for our food. I understand that they are upset with being understaffed but, when y'all sister store on Eureka makes employees go to work with COVID, and then y'all actions towards customers. BBB OSHA and The Health Department needs to shut y'all down.

Terrible customer service. The cashier was yelling and being rude. I ordered pick up through door dash and they claimed my order did not show up even though the order was already accepted and payment was taken. I offered to show them the details and they said no. They told me to come back in 5 min but still did not have my order ready and insisted that it was already picked up even though that was impossible because it did not show my order was complete. I showed the details and they still did not care. And also claimed that it might’ve mistakenly been given it to someone else. They were slow to offer to make the food and gave so much attitude so I just left. If I were you I would not spend my money here.

The Roku TV doesn't even work so as far as the kids like watching cartoons or even the grown ups watching news or weather we can't cuz the Roku TV doesn't work.
