My family has been going to Weyands fish market for 50 years or more. My grandmother used to be a cook there many, many years ago. We are going to be very sad on March 30th, 2024, when they close the doors of the retail store. This is the only place we went to purchase seafood, from family meals to workplace fish fry. You are going to be missed ?
Great place, loved their great white shark!!!
March 30 will be a very sad day for me....I have been going to weyan my whole life...in other words over 60 years... yes I know prices have been going up but it's the greatest place for seafood...I go at least once a week if not more... really don't know what to do without them ?... going to miss them a lot
By far the best place to buy seafood ever!
The best seafood downriver.. Everything I have bought from here has been delicious.. Will continue to come here for all my seafood..
Hi quality. Good prices. Friendly staff.
Best fishing tip ever
Got a pound of pearch to go , got home and I swear it was frozen pearch .every piece was excatly alike as if it came out of a box. So dried out It was terrible. Threw the whole thing away. Been going there forever , will not go back.
Had 2 walleye dinners 1-19-24 .They were awful. My wife got sick and I didn't eat mine. $20 wasted.!!!!
Great fresh fish. Smoked fish was meh.

Cashier sweet and friendly. Food good
Large selection fresh quality! Spent $48.00. I figured 12 meals between husband and myself. 4.00 for great protein with other acompanimates. Not expensive to eat very well. Was gonna order fish from Alaska. 10.00 each package. Staying local.!Thanks Weyand family !
Dear Weyand, if you have an “online store” make sure you actually answer email questions from customers since fish is a perishable item.
Love Weyands. Fresh fish, always have lake perch. Right on the Detroit River, in historic Wyandotte.
