I love Arby's French dip. But the past couple times I went here specifically the Au Jus sauce was really thin. And they just threw the meat on some bread and wrapped it up. I feel like they dint like their jobs and don't take pride in what they do.

It wasn't a big enough deal to go back, but we asked for an Arby's sauce cup and specifically no tomatoes on the chicken sandwich. Didn't get the sauce and there were tomatoes. We also waited a solid 7-8 minutes with nobody else ordering in the drive-thru. I used to work closing shift at McDonald's so I know mistakes happen and people forget things, but when there's only one order on-screen and you still mess up, there's hardly any excuse. Quality food, always. Relatively slow given only 1 car ahead of me. Would not honor a Red Wings promo with a score shown on my phone, required a printed copy of a box score (first Arby's to even ask me for proof). Drive thru cashier was drinking a milkshake as he served customers. Good shakes, but, haha.
