There is about 4-5 people working and I was at the window for more than 7 minutes waiting for my one drink.. and had basically get out of my car to pay reach and pay. Cause they can take my biggby card but not my payment? Idk who runs this biggby but I definitely will not be coming back to this one. Very slow and all around really creepy vibes..

Very disappointed. This is the Carmel Marvel I ordered today and they only gave me HALF cup of coffee, and tried to fill the rest with cold foam but didn't even succeed in that. Will not be visiting this location again.

The people were nice and quick to serve, but I think some of them may not know the correct recipes?I wanted to order the New Crystal Blast, which I had at another location, so I know how it tastes and looks. It would appear they either added milk or couldn't have been bothered to clean the blender because the drink came out milky off white, and there was obvious floaties of milk being separated by the water.

Horrible she waited 20 mins before she answers a 2nd time we were pulling off then she said may I take your order. Never in my life has anyone waited that long for someone to take a order when no one was in the drive through. ?
I had to ask her to take my order in drive through and then she said I’ll be with you in a minute. Then she takes my order I drive around and I’m waiting like 15 minutes for anyone to even come to the window and take my money! The service here sucks big time. They are rude and not very customer service like. I’m literally still waiting for someone to come to the window as I type this up… will I ever get my coffee???

I mobile ordered and went to pickup my order in the drive thru like I always do at the other locations, and the lady goes “for the future you need to come inside and get your mobile order” and there were no other cars in the drive thru.Unnecessarily rude, I do this at every other location in GR.
