Horrible she waited 20 mins before she answers a 2nd time we were pulling off then she said may I take your order. Never in my life has anyone waited that long for someone to take a order when no one was in the drive through. ?

I had to ask her to take my order in drive through and then she said I’ll be with you in a minute. Then she takes my order I drive around and I’m waiting like 15 minutes for anyone to even come to the window and take my money! The service here sucks big time. They are rude and not very customer service like. I’m literally still waiting for someone to come to the window as I type this up… will I ever get my coffee???

I mobile ordered and went to pickup my order in the drive thru like I always do at the other locations, and the lady goes “for the future you need to come inside and get your mobile order” and there were no other cars in the drive thru.Unnecessarily rude, I do this at every other location in GR.

Frustrated because you pay extra for cold foam and I didn't even get it in my drink. Obviously I wasn't going to ask because after waiting 20 minutes, who knows how long it will be to add cold foam. You have a girl on drive thru who just leans there watching her coworkers, why can't she help them make drinks? Then you have a girl making drinks complaining it's "so busy" and "too busy" to keep up as she as aggressive behavior toward making drinks and slamming a drink on the counter with tone on saying what the order is.

I waited at the window for 15 minutes this morning while I watched the workers make the 5 cars behind me orders but left my sandwich sitting. they also failed to take the whipped cream off my drink after i asked twice and they repeated it make to me. they must realize people have to go to work in the morning?? and many don’t have time to wait 15 minutes for a simple bagel and coffee. my sandwich had one piece of turkey on it and it was burnt. for how much the food costs i would expect better service and food. i will not be coming back to this location.

Hazard: New StaffAll i wanted was a sandwhich guys. I waited a long time despite there only being two other cars, but i didnt get irritated until the goth woman at the window rolled her eyes and mumbled “of course not” when I declined a tip. But it was the extra sitting there for ten minutes on one sandwhich, no drink. After 15 i finally honked, another woman who said her name was “Ling” told me it was taking so long because the car BEHIND ME had sandwhiches to. Why would you hold mine while you make theirs? Beware of the angsty rude disgusting service.

I personally love their Biggby Blast Scuba flavor. The perfect zing of sour and sweet with the blue raspberry with the strawberry popping balls. Only thing wrong is the prices posted are NOT accurate at all. Paid $6.77 for a 20oz when the menu board said $5.59...
