Staff here needs help. Clearly they weren't trained on how to make coffees. Nothing is consistent. Nothing comes out the same on any day of the week. Today was the deal breaker. I will never return to this location. An old. Moldy. Rubbery bagel. Pictures being sent to corporate AND health Dept , not on here. And the kid working was high as a kite and rude. DO NOT GO HERE. THE ONE 2 MILES UP THE ROAD IS WAY BETTER.

Employees are really nice, my drinks are good for the most part. BUT the speed of service is TERRIBLE, why are there only 2 employees during rush hour? That is INSANE to order ahead is pointless because you’re still going to wait for a long period of time and I’m not talking 5 mins I’m talking 10-15 mins

I have driven through this Bigby a few times, and I usually get the same barista. I am not sure what her name is, but she always has fun colored hair and a big smile. She is DELIGHTFUL and I always leave glad I decided to get a coffee after seeing her. Def recommend this Biggby!

This is the 2nd time I ordered ahead to avoid the line, only to have to wait I ordered at 7:57am arrived at 8:15am and waited another 5 mins. My coffee tasted old and bitter.

this review is for the location at 54th and division... was super bummed out because one of the barista was so rude! I'm not trying to be precious but I spend eight dollars plus a tip on a latte and I politely asked for the whip cream I had ordered. She snapped at me and said I needed to ask for it if I have an oat milk drink... I had specifically asked when I ordered but even if I hadn't it doesn't feel good to be treated this way. Like wow. I worked on the street but I definitely won't be returning to this location. yikes

This location is amazing. The manger and employees are always bubbly and move fast. They know me by name and always get my order right. The food is also AMAZING especially the maple waffle (never get rid of it). There is a review I noticed that was clearly made by past employee trying to bash the store, and manager which is unacceptable. Kids need to grow up. You can clearly see employees in the reflection of one of the images.Messes happen when it's busy, I've worked food service before but when they have time they clean up after themselves AND keep a positive environment. All of the statements that were made by that fake account should not be considered when coming to this location. They are the best around!!
