Caldos is fabulous!!Warm and friendly staff, family atmosphere.I recommend the Al pastor, asada, birria or barbacoa tacos. Quesabirria are also amazing. Consumé is fabulous. Horchata, etc. Pasteles also available!
I've been trying pollo tacos all over town and this is by far the best one yet. I love that the chicken was shredded and had very good flavor.The tortillas are handmade and excellent - they hold up very well so you only need one per taco! I believe they used these for the chips as well, which were very good.The Salsa/sauce were very good - both seem tomatillo based. The red had good flavor and was mild.
