Ordered a medium latte and they didn’t fill it up. When I said something they said they couldn’t do anything about. Absolutely ridiculous to spend $5 and not get a full cup.

Wanted light ice and they said it would be filled less so I settled for the regular ice when I normally get it light ice just fine. Then they gave it to me with it not filled all the way so I told them that I didn't want light ice and they said they didnt do light ice and that it was the “cold foam” that made it go down. As if I don't go here weekly and never had this problem. Also didn’t ask if I wanted a straw.

I pre-ordered catering seven days in advance for an 8:30 AM pickup, and the payment has been processed. My request included having the bagels warmed. However, upon my arrival at 8:45 AM, the order was not ready, indicating that my specific instructions were overlooked. This marks the third occasion I have experienced such issues with catering orders from this establishment. I am deeply disappointed by this recurring problem, particularly as no staff member offered an apology for the inconvenience.

$17 for a dozen donuts is ridiculously overpriced. Went down the road to Meijer and paid less than $10 for the same product. I will never buy a Dunkin' donut at these prices ... ever.

I stop by in the morning every other day my son love the donuts, but in the afternoon the staff seems off, they not friedly and have me waiting there without saying a word, just looking busy but with noone in the drive-thru or the lobby

I really love Dunkin’s Matcha, but the locations in Grand Rapids need to fix how they make it. Every time I order an iced matcha, the cup is only about half full the rest is just foam and ice. When I asked the employee to fill it up since I’m paying full price, they said that’s how they make it, even after remaking it. Other Dunkin’ locations make it right and fill the cup properly for the same price. I hope this location improves, because I really enjoy Dunkin’s Matcha!

Poor service lady at the cashier was very rude took wrong order. Waited awhile to have my food with hair on it. Went back inside and got a new order of hasbrowns very disappointed the bagels were cold and hard. The place is full of rude woman working.

If could give 0 stars would. They have no priority of how orders come in and don’t seem to operate as a team very well. After 15-20 minutes waiting for a dine in order never received it but the dine in order after me received her stuff and left then when asking for a refund asked for name and number and told my manger will get ahold and do it because I’m not trained enough too. I hope to hear something soon and not be screwed out of my money and no food

The service is alright there’s one girl who always makes our experience better and our drinks perfect but unfortunately most of the time or drinks are terrible and take for ever to get our order.
