We popped in for a quick delicious breakfast, turns out not so much food quality was mediocre. The service however brought the whole experience down. There is no rational way to explain giving us each individual item ordered spaced out over 22 minutes of time. As a customer I love standing at the counter like an idiot wonder what the staff is not doing to actually prepare our orders. That last thing we received was a cup of water, 7 minutes after the coffee was prepared and served...

The service was good though would have liked to have a couple napkins. I had the sourdough breakfast sandwich, loaded tater tots, and an iced tea. I don't know what Dunkins put in their eggs or iced tea but it was off. The eggs tasted less like eggs and the tea tasted like hose water. Dunkins, do better. For almost 13 dollars at least make the food taste the way it looks.

Was excited to try this location for the first time. Came inside to order a refresher and a donut. Took about 40 minutes to receive my order. They seemed more focused on drive-thru orders than lobby.

I waiting around 10 mins for 2 people to make my coffee this morning. the 2 girls that were taking it were moving extremley slow and constantly talking, and not working. Laughing at everything imaginable. It was extremly annoying and a waste of time.

Unfortunately this Dunkin is so slow, even when it seems like it’s not very busy. And when it is busy, you’re waiting for 30+ minutes at the drive thru. I got my food this morning and was told to pull around for my drink. The person after me got their drink and I went inside to see if they forgot me. I was told it was too busy and “it was coming”. I just left without my drink because I had already been there from 0945-1025. I don’t think I’ll be going here anymore :( I’m not sure if there’s a general manager or shift manager but the people working there seem like they need some HELP. They need more staff, or more training, or something. It makes me sad to see.

I ordered a hot chocolate at 6.33am today through door dash at 6:42 I got a notification my order will most likely be ready I got there at 6:45 am
My chocolate was not ready something about the machine barista didn’t apologize or nothing
She kept answering phones and not making or any attempt to make my drink then she help drive through she asked another employee to take a call
She finally opened a new chocolate mix bag and made my drink even though I was waiting for a long time she still boxes””it I don’t why it I was there ready for it her boxing it caused my drink to spill when I opened
So horrible experience from 6:33 my ordered was given to me at 6.57 am they caused me to be late to work they never apologized for the delay

I was so excited to have breakfast while driving for work. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich, and unfortunately, the eggs were cold... but I didn't fret and ate it anyway! Please make sure the food is cooked properly or for long enough ☺️
Came back on 7-28, and unfortunately, my food was cold again. I still ate it, but please make sure your food is cooked or heated properly.

Do not come to this location I have been going here for a year now every single day and order the same drink a refresher and add green tea not that hard right ? But today when I order it and come to the window and seen they made it wrong I asked him once he tries to hand it to me it was made wrong I asked can I have green tea to it and he laughed in my face and told me his manager told him he can't make it that way so I asked if I can speak to them because I don't get the reason of why they can't make it for me because the manager told me because they don't make it that way and told her I come here everyday and get the same thing and now it's a problem then wanted to refused to make it and told me next time order it correct when I did ordered it correct and then another employee had to make it really bad customer service and I will not be back again I was there number one customer and they lost that don't come here at all

honestly it feels like the mid day shift can never get a drink correct i have gone to this location for a whole week straight ordering a brown sugar shaken espresso with sweet cold foam or a regular iced coffee & despite that im very specific when ordering my drinks , everyday this week they missed the sweet cold foam everyday except for the one day i went closer to closing. its very annoying because it feels like you rushed a drink that should be made correctly & efficiently!

The donuts are good and worth the money but there regular food differs in quality to much to be worth the price. I payed around $7 for a crossinant sandwich with egg, white cheddar and turkey sausage the sausage and bread were the only normal tasting thing. The egg and cheese were off putting. I've had bad tasting eggs before but these didn't even taste like eggs

Ordered and caramel craze iced latte, and it was literally just milk....so disappointed.
This is a fairly new Dunkin' site and it was my first time visiting it today. It was roomier than I expected and very clean. The coffee was tasty; exactly what I expect from Dunkin'. I purchased a Boston cream Bismarck and while it was slightly dry-not as soft as I usually get at other donut places-the cream was just fine and the donut taste was nice.
