The Fiesta was a nice hall. Bright with tall ceilings with a long bar before you get to the banquet hall. The hall is pretty big and easily fit 25 tables. We attended a football banquet for St Peter's Prep. The food selection for the catering was actually decent. The salmon and green beans were good as well as the pasta dishes and chicken. The venue was easily accessible from the Highway as well as easy to spot.

Large bar but only two bartenders who worked very hard, decent pass around appetizers and ok food at table. At dinner parta was passable . My selection of filet mignon good but salmon selection dry. Impressed with servers who worked very hard to deliver and pick up dishes. Consider booking your parties here.

I was the witness when worker of the parking told to person hosting the party in that place "Go Fu...k yourself" just because he came to pickup decorations and gifts with car that wasn't on Valet parking Before. Later on I just find out they try to cut his tire with broken glass. Restaurant lost me as a host of the party in a future and planing to go there as guest ether.

Have been trying to get my deposit back for a party we were Going to hold here but due to Covid we could not. Was told I could have a credit of what my deposit was to hold a function at a future date at the establishment. I told them I have nothing planned to have a party and would like my deposit refunded said I should be happy they are giving me a credit being that not a lot of companies are doing this and I will not be getting my money back. How do you take my money not have the party and not give me the money back is it cause you used my money to buy stuff for other parties you were holding and don't have my funds anymore. After this I will not steer anyone here and we have had numerous family parties here throughout the years.

Fiesta is an event venue conveniently located on Route 17 in Wood-ridge. For even more convenience, there's a hotel right next door (not associated with Fiesta) that's literally within walking distance for party goers and guests. I reviewed this place the other day completely underwhelmed by it and a bit disappointed in my son and daughter-in-law's decision. Well here we are a few days later and my original disappointment has turned to joy. I've been blown away by how Fiesta showed up and showed out. Their food was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. Their staff was beyond kind and accommodating! The place was gorgeous - tastefully decorated and magnificent. I'm completely blown away and I never thought my opinion of Fiesta would do a 360 but here we are only a few days later and here I am highly recommending it. Thank you Fiesta for turning my son and daughter-in-law's special day into a magical day of beautiful memories!

Christmas of 2019 my company held a holiday party here. I'll start off by saying that parking can be a real issue. We stayed parked in the car, partially on the highway for quite a bit. I understand there's probably nothing they can do about it, the location is what it is, but it was a long wait. The entrance we went in, has an underground feel to it. They put a little bridge/garden area at the door, to make it seem a little "sweeter" of an entrance. We were immediately met with staff whom were always polite and smiling. We were easily shown where we could put our coats and told where to head to. The venue itself it big and feels spacious. Our holiday event was held in two rooms, divided by a bar. The multi-room layout gave a much better feeling of not being crammed all in one room. The rooms themselves were big as well, one lined with windows, even if only to the garage area. The food, unfortunately was a huge disappointment. My meat was cold and dry, and honestly, quite bland. It's basically a big dinner party. The food has got to be worth the price. Nice space, forgettable food.

I had recently attended a wedding at Fiesta and I was curious of how the ceremony and reception was going to be held in this new day and age of social distancing and masks. So when we had arrived, I had immediately noticed that the entryway below the building was converted into where the reception will be held. The staff was preparing the area with tables which were all distanced apart from each other. We had proceeded to where the ceremony was taking place in the Rose Room. Upon entry there was a table of face masks and hand sanitizer and the seats for the guests were all spaced apart. It was a beautiful space with giant windows as the backdrop for the ceremony. The cocktail hour and reception took place under the building. They had transformed their driveway/entryway into a their outdoor reception area. The cocktail hour had servers bringing small appetizers and as well as tables with food in chafing dishes. Good variety! The dinner was a sit down dinner with a choice of steak, chicken, and salmon and a starter salad. Dinner was served fairly quickly and tasted good! The Fiesta had done a great job with adjusting to the current rules in this time of this pandemic for a wedding celebration. And it was nice to see the extra lengths that they had done to ensure everyones safety while at their venue.
They refused to refund my deposit during COVID-19. If the venue cannot meet its contractual obligations for whatever reason and if I, the client, do not want to wait or reschedule for personal reasons then it's not fair that I can't don't receive a refund of my deposit. The CRAZY thing is they know they can't honor the agreement but they won't call you to cancel they will wait for you to cancel so they can hit you with "but you canceled, it says in the contract". How unethical is that?. I understand in normal circumstances a deposit is non-refundable but in this circumstance, during a pandemic, an exception should be made.

On December 31, 2019 we had our private New Year's Eve party at Fiesta!! Again Fiesta and the staff did their best to accommodate us throughout the process before, during the party and after!! The food as always was amazing. Keith and his staff made sure all the party goers were happy and attended to on a personal level!! This place is truly a jem, one that is run by family for many years!! Thank you again Keith and your staff!!

This banquet hall has been around for many years, and you can not miss it. On the other hand, the entrance can be easily missed, because it is located on an exit off of Route 17 South. For starters, there is valet staff on site with a parking lot that fits many vehicles. You can also park yourself if you sneak through the valet. it is a huge building with a main room that was built more recent. It has an indoor bar that is open on both ends; to the reception room and dinner room. Along with this setup is a big outdoor balcony, but your view is nothing great. There are also two other smaller venues in the other part of the building. These two venues look older, like built in the 1980's?? As for the food, I couldn't rave about anything in particular. It is decent, and most of the time I've come here it's been buffet style with a carving station. Depending on your budget this place might suit your needs. If you're looking for elegance and style then I would skip this location.

My husband and I got married at the Fiesta last night ( Nov 1st , 2019 ) in the new fiesta room, and held our reception in the new crest room ( old Caribbean room ) . I can't say enough about the Fiesta . From the moment we booked our wedding til the day of everyone treated us like family . Bruce Jeff and Joey made us feel at ease . All of our guest couldn't stop raving about the food and how beautiful everything was . We wanted a small / intimate , fun wedding and the Fiesta was able to pull it off . Everything was prefect . Joey our maître d' went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed , even when I wasn't feeling well . Our guest kept saying how much they loved how intimate our wedding was , one even said , "this is how I want my wedding to be ". Thank you for making my dream wedding into a reality . The Osorio's

Had a babyshower in this place!!!Everything was great until we were approached by the gentleman ( apparently the owner) about the tip for the captain?! The 22% gratuity was included and as a person that has worked in this industry I am familiar with the catering and restaurant rules, tip for the captain is OPTIONAL and definitely should NOT be demanded when included ( of course, unless you skip on their hourly rate or keep their included gratuity which is not a guest concern)!!! If it is demanded then let's start with clean linens on the tables!!! Our family has brought a lot of business to this place and many parties but there are other companies that respect their customers more so will be celebrating somewhere else next time p.s. your staff were all great so no worries we took care of them better than I'm sure a lot of guests do!!!And their " extra" tip was given to them as well!
