Unlike the bland, watered-down salsas you often find elsewhere, these are vibrant, complex, and absolutely delicious. The tacos and quesadillas are outstanding, but don’t miss the chilaquiles – especially with the green salsa. They’re hands down the best I’ve had. They also offer nopales – a cactus commonly used in Mexican cuisine – which makes for a great vegetarian option. It’s clear that a lot of love and passion go into every dish, and you can taste it in every bite. I have a deep appreciation for restaurants that go the extra mile to serve truly authentic food, and this place nails it. On top of the amazing food, the customer service is top-notch. “We used Being Cheesy for a work function from the conversation leading up to our event, the day of the event and after everything was top notch. Tom and his team were fabulous and the food was amazing. If you need a food truck for an event I would highly recommend Being Cheesy.“

“We had two scotts cater our wedding reception and they did amazing. Everybody had something good to say about the food. It was delicious. We even got to speak with one of the scotts when we picked up our food. They had other receptions to cater on our day and they still made sure everything was ready for us at the time of pickup ( they also offer drop off). Setting up everything was made easy too. They responded back to my emails right away and we had no issues at all with communication. We will be using two scotts for future parties!“

“Great ice cream sandwiches. Mixed theme atmosphere.

- So Fetch $6: Probably the best overall for just about anyone. This takes the favorites of cookies and brownies together for a wonderful experience. It was quite cold.

- Toffee Doodle $6: This was a smash hit of a flavor! My grandma made Snickerdoodles when I was a kid and this tasted EXACTLY like that, but maybe a smidge better with the ice cream. I HIGHLY recommend it if you like snickerdoodle.

- Service: The lady helping out was super cool and helpful. Our order came out really fast, but there were no other customers when we ordered. There were a few after and things seemed to be running smoothly overall.

- Atmosphere: With a mixture of old school children’s Disney theme and darker Nightmare Before Christmas, Deadpool, etc. It’s a bit of a juxtaposition for unique individuals. Not my preference.

- Conclusion: They have a nice thing going, but be aware of the theme if you are bringing really little children.
