bad service. Used to be really taken care of but no seems like employees dont care.most recent visit nothings changed same rude employees saying to busy to take orders. Dirty trays. Food cold barley cooked. Waste of money.
My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up...
The employee who took our drive-thru order and gave us our food, Shannon, was awesome! She was extremely friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Literally one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Because of her service, we've been revisiting this location even though it's further away from our home. Plus, even though they were short-staffed, our food came out quick, was hot, and very tasty. Kudos...
