Not bad, not great... They were understaffed and my online order was about 15 mins late. Won't hold that against them as an employee came in late while I was waiting for my online order. Food wasn't bad and for what I paid I had a pretty decent portion size.
I'd consider eating here again.

I haven’t been a fan of falafel or Mediterranean food so I thought I was gonna be overwhelmed with some spices, but this was perfect. The sandwich was wonderful and I explained everything about their offering.
Vegetarian options: There’s plenty of vegetables and options with sauces
Dietary restrictions: plenty of vegetarian offering
Parking: It’s just a strip mall, but there’s plenty of parking. It looks fairly new.
Kid-friendliness: it’s not a place where children have to be quiet. There was a child in here talking very loudly saying thank you thank you thank you.???
Wheelchair accessibility: unless you have a very wide chair, you can come right in and the dining room is flat no stairs

My husband and I went today for the first time after hearing so much about this place. We were very disappointed. We ordered 2 bowl. The young lady that helped us was extremely stingy with the toppings. The bowls was pretty much empty, Not exaggerating. By the time we got home after mixing the bowls it was mostly hummus.

Really great place! I've ordered a few times now, but I went in person finally. I gotta say the crew working here is killer! Very communicative, well spoken to each other and guests, attentive, and good at what they do! Amazing customer service and food :) (get the fire fries)

The white chicken shawarma sandweech was absolutely AMAZING!! If I lived closer, I swear I’d eat here every single day ?. Holland is definitely missing out—we need a Pita Way! The garlic sauce was out of this world, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. If you’ve never had it before, stop what you're doing and GO NOW! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

This place is a taco bell trying to be Mexican!! Worst gyro ever!!! Sammy's Pita House forever. Quit trying to make food that's not in your gene pool!! 4 thumbs down!! NASTIEST gyro ever!

The warm smiles and welcome I got when walking in the door was just the start of my 1st time visit. The woman working walked me step by step through the menu and even made sure I had know allergies due to my protein choice. WOW! I added on the suggested combo and let me tell you I am glad I did because the hummus and fresh pita chips hit the spot. Can’t wait to make this a weekly lunch spot.

Tried Pitaway for the first time today with my husband. We’re both originally from the Dearborn area and weren’t expecting much when we decided on this for a quick lunch pick up. As soon as I finished my food I had to come on here and leave a review. The food was fantastic, my sandwich was delicious (crispy chicken, hummus/garlic/white sauce, toppings) and the fire fries were also unexpectedly great! What a great little lunch spot. I also want to comment on the service - every single worker was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. If we lived in the area (we live north of GR), we’d definitely frequent this place often!

Safe to say this is my new favorite food spot. I’d seen Pita Way all over but never had it until I visited the store in Wyoming.
I got the gyro sandwich and my wife got a chicken bowl. Hands down one of the best gyros I’ve ever had.
The food was fresh & flavorful and it always makes you feel good when you find amazingly delicious food options that are still light and healthy.
The quality was excellent - better than expected, and the staff was super friendly and attentive.
Great food and experience. Highly recommend.

Ordered on Doordash for 1st time as they had a BOGO special. Glad I tried it!! It was sooo good and large portions. Perfectly seasoned with fresh ingredients. I'm hooked, definitely will be ordering again!
