I stood at the counter with no one in front of me and waited an extended amount of time before a worker came to the register to give me my order that I selected and paid for online! Food was decent but the service SUCKED!

The staff make a huge difference at this location!! 28th St.!! We love Popeyes but won't go to the Alpine location because their staffing is horrid..or it was. Service on 28th. Is fast, and polite and the food just lovely.
