“Fantastic subs. Absolutely delicious. Some of the best I've ever had in my life.

Service is fine. Our order almost got mixed up, but they caught it before we paid.

Horrible music. Awful lyrics and way too loud. Multiple times I witnessed customers repeating themselves to be heard.

Not a very nice building, but it seems you already have plans for a renovation. Good. Get vent hoods, please. Too much smokiness right now.

This place is a bit rough around the edges, but I will be coming back to see the renovations. These subs are way, way too good.“

“I always love the food every time I come“

“Bought the Kickin' Grilled Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup Value Duet for just under $10 after taxes. Great value and atmosphere.

- Kickin' Grilled Cheese: Softer bread, even after grilling. Good gooey cheese. With the Value Duet, you only get half a sandwich. Still a good deal.

- Creamy Tomato Soup: Great with the grilled cheese and even better with the spicy kick of the Kickin' Grilled Cheese. Thick and full of flavor.

- Baguette: Didn't order it, so I assume it comes standard with meals. It is on the tougher side, but not overly. Full of harty flavor.

- Service: Average. Made no mistakes. Orders are handled with pager pucks that vibrate somewhat violently.

- Atmosphere: Very accommodating for visiting one on one. Highly recommend them for this reason alone!

- Conclusion: All said, it was a great visit. They are known for healthy food, but be aware they are still fairly high in sodium (most meals will give you 100% or more of your daily need easily).

Parking: The parking lot can fill up easily, but there is plenty of availability at the Meijer just behind it.“

Both dining experiences here I’ve had incredible service … better than some places we’ve spent 200+ dollars at for a “fine” dining experience. Food is tasty & consistent. “Have not been to Zoup for years but it is one of the closest spots to my office. It looks like their menu offerings have increased but the prices do not seem appropriate for what you get. I got a semi air toasted but not grilled cheese/tomato sandwich that was pretty disappointing. And a cup of cauliflower soup that was ok tasting. Not worth $15.50 with no drink. Friendly staff and prompt ordering though.“

“We had such a lovely experience at Olive Garden thanks to our amazing server, Payton M! She was incredibly sweet, super attentive, and made sure everything came out quickly and perfectly. You could really tell she cared about giving us a great dining experience. From refills to checking in at just the right times, Payton was on it. “So for a place that doesn’t seem to advertise, a small spot thats attached to a grocery store, several other restaurants and in a neighborhood with many other options, I was glad to have stopped in. Service was friendly and quick, so many options but my group settled on several different options. Everything was delicious, rich, flavorful and what seems very fresh. This could be my new spot for Pho or a soup day meal. The rice and shrimp were cooked well. Great place to stop and try if you like Vietnamese.“

“I have been coming here for years. In my opinion, best Chinese food and prices on the west side of GR and Walker/Standale. I have never been unhappy with a meal here. Nice people too! The dining room is small and you eat out of styrofoam and plastic utensils, that's true. But this is mostly a take out place, not a true dine in place.“

“We hadn't been to Panera bread in quite a while. The app I have did not work so we went in and ordered at the counter. The guy who took our order did get it right but neglected to tell us that we could collect our cookies right there at the counter. We sat down and I was notified that was our food was ready. I had to ask where to pick it up and once we were just about done, I realized that I never received our cookies so had to go up to the counter and ask about them them. The guy who helped us was on the phone so another person gave me the cookies and explained that he should have given them to us right at the counter. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was okay but the service could use improvement for those of us who are not frequent guests.“
