“This is totally good old school Chinese restaurant. Reminds me one of those more expensive dine-in Chinese restaurants in the 80's with nice decor, friendly service and really good food. Unfortunately most Chinese restaurants downgraded to cheap carry out places on every corner. Not Hong Kong Cafe. I love this place. Very friendly service, great food, full bar and nice comfortable atmosphere. Too bad they are closing at 8 pm as we usually go to dinner around that time and unfortunately not open for lunch anymore but if you can make it in this window between 4 and 8 pm, you absolutely should. And did I say that Wonton soup is the best I have ever had?“
“Long time fan, first time review. Food has always been; what's on the menu and more! So good. The service has always been great too! Then the atmosphere, ugh, always hits home for me. The music playing to the traffic of hungry folk that either are in and out; or catching up with friends and family while they enjoy company. Either way. Good vibes. Equals happy tribes and its always better full of lettuce. I don't know. I tried for something clever there. Have great day! ;)“
“Las Tortugas Market in Utica has limited but very fresh produce. Their spice wall has all the Mexican seasonings and chilis I need. I shop here because they have the spices and ingredients that the big chain grocery stores won't carry.“
