“I recently stopped by and ordered their family sized onion soup and a turkey deli sandwich. IMO they have a fantastic French onion soup and the sandwich wasn't too bad, the bread was thick and chewy which was a negative to me. The negative on the soup is that the cheese is always at the bottom and they give you maybe 6 croutons for a bowl of soup.I'll still go back but probably just for the soup.“

“Boardwalk Subs has the friendliest most knowledgeable staff I have encountered, I absolutely love the subs which are mouthwatering and very filling. There is a special mayo sauce made in house that takes the cake, and the sun bread has a sweet and toasty tantalizing zig that I have not ever experienced from any subs I’ve ever experienced! Dominic, Dean, Brooke, Brian and Sydney are so friendly and amazingly helpful, I found 2 of my favorites so far! “I came in for a sub today and noticed that one of the employees was sitting down at a table on her phone, while another was working in the back. The girl in the back came out and gave excellent service through out the entire process. The food was good, but it was kind of awkward and sad to see one employee working hard, while another was not.“

“This Olive garden is amazing and have amazing staff. We have taken 30-40 people there a few times in the last year and they have been amazing every time. My son and my husband each coach bball, this past weekend was my son's Bday. The only thing he wanted was to go Olive garden (we're from Canada with no olive garden) with his teams and their families. Because of the way the schedule worked out we weren't going to be done our games until 930pm (getting there between 930-10). I called Olive garden and even though they close at 11 they said they would take us, hold us an entire section so we could sit together and the staff volunteered to stay late. We didn't get out of there until 1230am. The staff were amazing, they didn't rush us, service was phenomenal, food was fantastic. We've been to a lot of team dinners, some good, some not so good but this place is the best. I can't say enough positive about them and their staff!“
“I've been here a couple of times for a quick takeout lunch while working downtown and I've been so impressed with the crew and management. The lead guy (not sure of his name or if he's the owner or just the manager) is incredible at encouraging, motivating, and coaching his team, while keeping a very busy lunch rush moving each day. He's a good example to the whole industry!The food is tasty, and fresh, and the soup bar is a nice touch. You have to know where and how to find this spot, but it's not too hard to learn the foot route, or just hop into the elevator and go down one floor.Definitely a budget-friendly go-to that's a phenomenal alternative to a chain or nasty fast food.“
“It's not authentic Chinese food, but it's freshly stir fried to order and it hits the spot. The chef accommodates most requests really well, which I truly appreciate! I've had the Beef Lo Mein, Crab Rangoons and Pork Dumplings (both ways, steamed and fried). All of which, I recommend. My husband ordered the sweet and sour chicken, but was disappointed because he wanted the veggies and pineapple typically associated with S&W Chicken. It was just the breaded and fried chicken with S&W sauce on the side. My younger brother has really enjoyed the General Tso's Chicken and continues to order it every time. My mom loves the shrimp lo mein and continues to order that...she mentioned they do give a decent amount of shrimp. I'm so glad Jenison has this place and has supported it for decades.Dietary restrictions: Thankfully, the chef does accommodate dietary requests and does a great job! Amazingly, he can cook things without soy and sugar since I'm allergic to soy and I dislike sugar in my savory...which is classic and are staples in most Asian Cuisines.“
“I ordered the Mongolian Beef combination meal. Even though I ate in, I had to order from the front counter and the food was served in to-go packaging. I was left to get my own eating utensils and condiments. They have a VERY small selection of canned or bottled sodas. The first thing I noticed was that the gravy had been overthickened with corn starch/arrow root powder to the point of being gelatinous. In addition, the beef was of a consistency of having been way to tough to start and severely overboiled to tenderize it. Other than these issues, the depth and quality of flavor easily overcame the previously mentioned shortcomings. The amount of heat was perfect. Sadly though, no fortune cookies are included in the meal. If it hadn't been for the great flavors, I would have rated my visit with three stars instead of four. It is also the reason that I would go back and try other menu items. Next time I will avoid the beef and order chicken.“

The staff frequently checked in with me during my wait, despite being extremely busy, and they ended up offering me a drink while I waited. “This is one of my favorite Panera locations. The layout is good, and it's usually pretty quiet and easy to have meetings/conversations. My most recent visit was for a business meeting and it was much louder than I remember, with my having to strain to hear and speak louder at times to be heard over the music. The coffee and food is still excellent, and the staff is friendly.“
“I have gotten food to go here a couple times and it’s always been good and as expected. The inside is pretty darkly/dimly lit, but who cares? The food is delish. I got the shrimp lo mein the last time I went and the portion size was so big I ate it for dinner, a midnight snack, and breakfast and lunch the next day! ?The shrimp themselves were surprisingly flavorful and the texture was perfect. The noodles were good too.Parking: It’s in a strip mall so there’s plenty of parking for all businesses.“
“The subs and the service is always amazing at this location, however you can’t walk in without walking out smelling like a bonfire. The ventilation in this location definitely needs work! The ceiling is stained and it is consistently smoky. I love this place but it’s hard to stand inside for longer than a couple minutes! I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it all day.“
