My first time to this location because I am passing through from Mackinac Island. Kalli was so kind, patience and nice even though she saw that the line was getting long. She kept her cool and poise. I know that working in the customer service industry these days is a nightmare, so I am thankful and grateful that she can still manage to make my day a little better.
Great hire manager. She definitely need a raise.
