“The sub was really nice. I haven't eaten at Subway in a while and this location was my first time. It was a bit slow during the sandwich making process, but other than that it was nice. They didn't over-do any ingredients and were great at communication.
Parking: The parking is okay, it can sometimes be difficult, but just know that a space may open up since some people get there to pickup/have something made for takeout.“
“I had the most pleasant expierence ever today at Subway. I was exhausted, hungry and irritable. I decided to stop at Subway expecting the same old crumy customer service. Instead I was greeted by two handsome and very respectful and pleasant young men Diego, and Duron. They politely greeted me and asked if they could take my order. I started my order and they took a team approach with getting my order completed, all while providing the best customer centered service I have had in a very long time. Needless to say this service not only satisfied my appetite, but completely changed my attitude for the day. Thank you Subway for hiring two of the best employees ever. They really take their job serious and make the words being a valuable access a true definition.“

“We got three subs at this subway. They all turned out great. I tend to really enjoy the toppings and like a few extras here and there, and they did a great job accommodating. I love Subway and eat it often and this was my first time at this subway. They did a fine job.“
“I usually placed an order through the Subway app maybe 2-3 hours ahead of time and the order would be ready for pickup and warm at the time I had specified on the app. Given the busy atmosphere in the cafeteria, I feel like it's much easier and reduces stress to order using the app.
Every time I place an order there was usually one worker and a sizeable line. The worker was polite, but the atmosphere in the cafeteria was really busy and usually quite loud as there were many people in it.
Pictured is the Subway Pizza, I had never gotten it before and it was really good, though I wish I had put meat on it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Subway is located in the University of Michigan Health-West (formerly Metro Hospital) food court and the tables are adequately spaced to allow a wheelchair user to navigate through the food court.“
“Stopped in later in the evening to pickup subs for the next day to take on the boat. We were recommended to place an order so they would be fresh. I said I would be by at 9 a.m. and I was told it would be ready. Everything was ready and nicely packed in a bag, sandwiches cut up for us and had condiments, napkins and some plastic ware all in the bag!! What great service!!“
“The two gentlemen I had the last few times coming through have been very good to me each time I come through they get my subs done in a timely manor despite being short staffed at the lunch rush and don't have much to complain about other than not having enough help. I am a regular and place online orders and they haven't once got one wrong for those complaining of poor service I'm going to have to say it's not the employees fault it's the management they need help over there some or the managers need to step up and be there daily.“
