Subway in Lowell

“Restaurant was very clean, not busy at all, and staff was very friendly and nice. I would’ve gave service a 5 ⭐️ as well but I decided a 4 because I got the meal of the day special and I didn’t want the drink, so I asked if I could just get a extra cookie or two in place of the medium drink and, with a nice soft voice, the cashier said “no, we can’t. I don’t know, no manager there to ask and the other female staff are not management but she thinks they can’t it will effect inventory!?” 😧How, I’m thinking because you’ll have a free medium cup, I’m pretty sure there is no strict count on cookies that staff is baking themselves. But it is what it is, so I just took the cup. And other Subways have no problem with giving me two extra cookies in place of the drink, I’m thinking the 1 or 2 cookies can’t be more than a medium drink but oh well🤔😌“

“When I first came to this location last year, I was convinced it was the worst subway I’ve ever been to butttt it has gotten way better! Today (June 18th) there was a young man working all alone and there was a long line. He remained calm and was friendly. So this review is for him. Keep up the good work and hopefully you won’t have to work solo again! I know how hard that can be, especially when people are impatient“
