Locked their doors early and refused to give the dasher the rest of my order
Stopped in later in the evening to pickup subs for the next day to take on the boat. We were recommended to place an order so they would be fresh. I said I would be by at 9 a.m. and I was told it would be ready. Everything was ready and nicely packed in a bag, sandwiches cut up for us and had condiments, napkins and some plastic ware all in the bag!! What great service!!

Very disappointed from my most recent experience here. I was not spoken to throughout my whole interaction until I had to pay. I don’t need a hi or hello, but to not speak at all to ask what I would like but instead just staring at me waiting for me to direct you through my order is some of the worst customer service. The sub bun was not even cut all the way through while the worker was making my sandwich and I’m paying for $9 meal. I would never come back to this location to spend my money. Over all customer service was extremely poor.

We were in late yesterday to pick up a couple subs for a late dinner. We noticed how polite, & helpful Jake”Potato” was to us. Even made us laugh a bit. Great service which is hard to find especially out there in the fast food world. Grateful for his great, kind, & helpful service to help my husband order. Highly recommend the Titan & Club sandwiches. This is the only location that we will always go to from now on!!?

If you want to get a sandwich from here don’t expect any meat on it. They are really skimpy on their portions.

I live right behind this location and this was the second time I went in this last year and had to deal with unfriendly management when you smile and say hello to someone and they don't even acknowledge you back is really lousy I've have had better customer service from teenagers then Rebecca the manager at this location today will go to Jimmy John's next time.

the bread is always smashed and deflated.
How am I supposed to decide what kind of bread to pick when they don't even have a tray of sample loaves to see by? That's the only thing I don't like about this location...

I was in the mood for a salad. I figured ordering from Subway would work out perfect. I got a pepperoni sandwich and it's 80°....
I didn't think putting things on bread required a degree...
Terrible customer service ..
I've come in here several times over the last few months. Andrew and Rebecca need to work something out or find a different career path. Consistent arguing, yelling at each other, condescending, and disrespectful. You are making sandwiches, not building fine furniture. Andrew, if it were my daughter you were speaking to like that, I'd take you out in the parking lot and rearrange your teeth.

Please note that this is NOT a review on the person who was working the counter. It's on the person who wasn't. I had placed an order online, and when I walked in to pick it up, there was a line. I started to look around to see if there was a place to pick up online orders, but before I got to look around, the man behind the counter announced that he was the only one there and that if we had online orders it was going to be a while. I understood, and patiently waited in line. A couple of times the man called out loudly, presumably to someone in the back, that he needed back up, and no one answered. He was clearly, and understandably, flustered, but still gave each customer his undivided attention. When I got to the front of the line, I told him he was doing great and if he needed a second to catch his breath or whatever, I could wait. He declined, and I told him that I had placed an order online but knew he hadn't had a chance to do it, so I hoped me waiting in line gave him a chance to catch up. He then pointed to a shelf along the back wall that was for online order pick up, and sure enough, my order was there before I ever walked in. I was frustrated that I'd waited in line when I didn't need to (only because he specifically said when I walked in that online orders were going to be a bit yet), but I don't blame the man at the counter. Someone was clearly in the back and refused to come to his aid which caused him undue frustration during the lunch rush. He was short with me, and I didn't like that, but I know it wasn't his fault. According to one of my co-workers it's like that every day, so it's not a matter of someone not showing up today. The manager should be up front helping during the rushes if he/she can't find more help. (which I know is a regular problem) I also think there should be a way to turn off online ordering if the shop is short-staffed so that the worker can focus on the person in front of him. There's another Subway about a mile down the road, and if this shop can't properly staff during the rushes, there's no need to wait in long lines when there's another one that is fully staffed.

I ordered an Ultimate BMT for the outrageous pric of $17.58 to have it delivered. My sandwich was made with only pepperoni and salami and the very minimal amount of cheese. When I called the store about it, I was told there was nothing they could do and to call doordash. No info on how to do this whatsoever. The store is the one who made my sandwich poorly and should fix it! Very unsatisfied. Will never do this again!!
