I said I would be by at 9 a.m. and I was told it would be ready. Everything was ready and nicely packed in a bag, sandwiches cut up for us and had condiments, napkins and some plastic ware all in the bag!! What great service!!

We were in late yesterday to pick up a couple subs for a late dinner. We noticed how polite, & helpful Jake”Potato” was to us. Even made us laugh a bit. Great service which is hard to find especially out there in the fast food world. Grateful for his great, kind, & helpful service to help my husband order. Highly recommend the Titan & Club sandwiches. This is the only location that we will always go to from now on!!?

I live right behind this location and this was the second time I went in this last year and had to deal with unfriendly management when you smile and say hello to someone and they don't even acknowledge you back is really lousy I've have had better customer service from teenagers then Rebecca the manager at this location today will go to Jimmy John's next time.
