I ordered a medium coffee, and she told me at the drive-through speaker that the coffee machine was broken so I had to get a Baja blast instead. Not only did she upgrade the medium drink to a large one, she also gave me free coupons for tacos next time I go! Very impressed!
I would not recommend ordering from the app. I placed an order and never received it. I would recommend in person access like dine in or drive through. Food is low because I did not receive my meal.
