This place was closed, but you didn't find out it was closed because it was drive thru only and people were waiting. Where is the competence in the management to not put up a sign that made people aware that they were closed?? Incompetent!!

Good most day but lately service is slow for no reason. Like you’re only serving coffee ,Bagels,Donuts,muffins and Tim bits. Just disappointed in this location as of late.

Renovations meant no lobby, no food except a limited number of muffins, bagels and donuts. Guy taking my order was spaced out and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Not impressed.

Second time placed on online order and did not receive order placed. Called to speak with a manager cause I've now spent money in their location twice and did not get what I paid for and no manager available. Said they'd take me name and number hung up with an apology after my name. Needless 2 strikes your out.

The worst customer service. Never a manager on duty. The employees know nothing about the app so my order included a bit one getOne deal but I had to pay full price. Sad.

Every time I set foot in this Tim Hortons location I am greeted with upstanding customer service. I asked the name of the gentleman who wrang me up for my order. I believe his name is Ariel. He created an amazing experience that is hard to come by these days. He seems to have a golden customer service personality, so much so I told him I somehow wanted to show my appreciation for the staff at this establishment. Thanks big thank you to him and all the staff for being amazing. These fine people deserve a tip jar or something for their work. Might be worth a thought corporate!

The only good worker is D.. he is always nice and on top of everything!! They suppose to be open on the inside and they pick and choose when to unlock the door.. when u call they tell u the inside is open BUT door is always locked!??? ONLY come here now when D is working..
It is open for dine in to the public today. And a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. They have quick service and friendly staff who greet you right away.

Waited 40 mins in the drive through. Ordered and paid for hashbrowns then was told they don't have any so they gave me donuts instead. Which wouldn't be all that bad but they weren't fresh and only had pumpkin spice donuts.

Ordered a sausage cheese biscuit, hasbrown food was cold and took 20 minutes before they took are money drink was disgusting coffee machine was down people people always say go to tim Hortons never again
