Abusive men and women on staff dont mind their customers getting drugged and abusing them sexually while abusing drugs and alcohol themselves while at work. MINORS AND WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE HERE.
My husband and I went there for the first time over the weekend for lunch. We were told to pick a seat. We then were told to scan the QR code to order. There were no clear instructions to tell us how to order, it led us to a site to order. We backed out of that and went up to the counter to order as we didn't have anyone assisting or asking us anything. Husband ordered a beer and I ordered a water. The way this place is run is a complete joke. To make a customer seat themselves is one thing, but to make them get on their phones to use a cheap and outdated app to order their food and drinks is just ridiculous. God forbid I ask for water when someone with an apron drops my drink off... "It's self serve over there" without so much as even a smile.
