On the night of 11/13/25 I decided I needed a nice arby's meal. The man at the register -- Jaylin if the receipt is correct - was AWESOME! He took my order so well and made sure we got what we needed. Even let me add on at the window because my dumb ass forget to ask for a fry. GOD SEND! The cooks were efficient and packed my order with care. I've never been happier. Thank you arby's team that worked 11/13/25. Thank you.

The burger was horrible, the curly fries were burnt. Spoke with manager and he was very rude and obnoxious. He got an attitude before he even knew what the problem was. I was ripped off and definitely will not be returning.

It’s difficult to beat the poor customer service prevalent today, but Megan did it. I inconvenienced her by asking her to read my order back to me. I also greatly inconvenienced her by asking her to turn down the blaring music she was playing. She said, “I can hear you.” I replied, “ But I cannot hear you.” She read my order to me, gave me a fake smile, and then turned the music up, even louder. I don’t expect that this restaurant will be open much longer.

I've been here many times and the food is fine, but the man who seems like the manager is just so rude that I'm finally just going to drive a bit further to another Arby's. Every time I see him, he just seems impatient or he'll have an attitude (even through drive thru!). Last time I came with my friend, he didn't know what he wanted yet but the same guy wasn't friendly at all and spoke with us in a tone that instead just made us walk out without purchasing anything. Food is fine and service is usually okay. It's really just the one person that makes me want to come back another day when he's not working.

Staff was super cool. It was my first time there and the guy went above and beyond helping me order and figure out what I wanted. Best fast food service I’ve had in a long time. Food was ready insanely fast too!

I tried the burger. It was sloppy with too much 1000 island dressing. Crinkle fries were cold and unsalted. The drive through associate was personable. Bring back the chicken pecan salad sandwich, your best sandwich ever.
