Old fryers grease, you could smell and taste it on the the fries. She said they don’t change the fryer grease but once a week when I was at Burger King, we changed it every four days. That’s why I just go to Five Guys Burgers they changed the grease every other day so the fries always taste fresh. The order taker made this an unpleasant experience as she had kind of an attitude when I asked for a refund.

I love this Arby’s so much I don’t know anyone who works there but they never get it wrong I ask for a turkey wrap it’s not even on the menu but they make it for me and it’s so good ! Please bring back Mac n cheese bites much luv to this Arby’s thank you !!

I stopped by Arby’s for lunch the other day and decided to try their Reuben sandwich. I ordered it without sauerkraut, and to my surprise, it was a great-looking sandwich. From the first bite, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful corned beef and the tangy Russian dressing. However, the sandwich was very salty. If you’re watching your blood pressure, this might be better saved for an occasional treat.Would I get it again? Probably, but not anytime soon due to the high salt content.

I hate when fast food will only cater to the drive thru and leave dine in guests waiting for 15 minutes to place an order. Some of us can't fit into a drive thru. Although the classic roast beef and cheddar tasted good, my body said no. Left faster than it went in.

Megan (T?) who was working tonight on Dec 13th made our experience at this location absolutely horrible.
She was incredibly rude to my husband and had an absolutely nasty attitude and shouted at my husband saying "Doesn't he know his own name!?" after a simple mix up with a food order pick up.
My entire family orders here alot and in large quantities for events and we've never once had an issue.
Please talk to your employee because no one should get treated like dirt.
She needs to be trained in customer service. I'm repulsed by her attitude.

The food was hot and good, we loved the fried Mac n cheese balls. They didn't give me a marinara for my cheese sticks though which kind of sucked since it's supposed to come with it. Apparently they raised the price on the cheese cups as well 1.06 for a small cheese cup, considering they didn't give me my other sauce was a little crazy the guy at the drive through seemed very new and was being trained he was a little rude. But the food it's self was hot and tasted good. I just really like sauce with my food so that was a bit of a bummer but pretty good food.

I pulled up to the drive thru with 1 car in front of mine. They ordered and pulled up to the window. I pulled to the speaker and was told by a woman's voice: "We'll be with you in 15 minutes." That's an exact quote. No one answered when I asked why.
I'll never be back.

While the service was a bit slow the person at the drive up was very friendly and entertaining made the wait a little easier. The bad they forgot to put cheese sauce on one of my sandwiches and the arby's sauce was missing on the other but it was lunch rush yet still disappointing. I'll give the a second chance in a few days

The white male around his 40s at the counter has some serious attitude problems. He was rude, impatient, and made me feel uncomfortable. Food was fine though.

I stopped by yesterday through the drive through, ordered two #7 and kids meal. There was only me and another person in line. After ordering the lady at the window, he was soft-spoken, had a mask on, and a nick scarf and a hat on. I barely could hear her or even see her eyes. It did not take long for food, but it was not hot (it was room temperature), especially fries' the most important item for kids.
