I don't know what happened to the store director Jasmine, but they desperately need her back. She was so helpful and not only knew her products but her customers as well. I drove from Romulus to Ann Arbor because I could count on her inventory being up to par. Now there's no black employees working and no one knows their products. There's barely products on the shelves maybe they will be facing closing again soon. I'm highly disappointed it seems to be prejudice owners/upper management and I won't be wasting my time shopping here anymore.

This store has so many vegan foods to choose from! Lots of vegan ice cream options too.? Also, if you are an environmentalist, get your cleaning supplies here! I hadn't seen this before until I went to this store, there were these small soap packets that you add with water so that you can reuse hand soap dispensers and spray bottles! I think the brand was Cleanery... such a cool thing to see! They also have a rewards program to save you a bit of money.

Had pretty much everything I wanted and a couple of products I'm looking forward to trying. Reasonable prices for the most part, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll happily shop here again, next time I'm in town.

Great selection of vegan products but very high prices.

I really wanted to give the store better reviews because my daughter loved the hummus they were sampling and I haven’t been able to get her to like hum yet. However they had an item marked as a sale for $.25 and I grabbed several of them and got to the cashier and I realized that they were mismarked so I said if you know, hey, just so you know and he goes yeah we know he goes. We have a new person, do you want them and I was like no so I went to the manager and the manager and she goes next time you have to pay for them and then tell us the price and I was like you know that would cost your company at least five dollars per item for Miss marking and you’d still have to give me the sale price and refund my money and she was like OK thanks like not really cons at all or honoring of the price I was very very disappointed in the customer serviceI really prefer honest companies, and I would not consider them to be honest

Very rude manager and employees. Treated me like a criminal and tried to shame me because of my returns. Took 4 employees to do the transaction. LOL!

Great store! Lots of great organic products and loved the dried fruit and nut selection. My blackberries tasted kind of off and I ate a few of them but they still let me return them. They were kind and gave me utensils to eat my coconut that I bought. ???

Nice people and great health drinks

As someone with a chronic Ai illness it is disheartening to experience the continuously rude immature employees when I come to shop for supplements. Not an enjoyable experience. Glad there’s other options in Ann Arbor.

Very good products, clean store, easy to find products, good staff, tooooo expensive

I really like the selection of healthy breads,soups,teas etc. The selection of frozen meals and ready to go meals is also very good.
