Cute little Biggby spot. My husband and I both used to exclusively go to this location when we had a Biggby craving. Sadly, today we both ordered maple bourbon lattes with oat milk due to a dairy/nut allergy and when I asked the barista specifically if they had been made with oat milk to confirm she told me flat out “yes”. I took 3 sips of the drink before I realized it had been made with dairy. Both my husband and I were ill from only a few sips. It’s okay if you make a mistake but own up to it instead of risking the health of your customers. The barista who took our order was bright and cheerful though which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Made a mistake again going to this Biggby. Anytime I order from this biggby online my order gets changed. Ordered iced coffee and got a hot coffee, they would not remake my drink without charging me. Like just give me a cup of ice.
Bill, it won't let me respond to you. I've had issues with online ordering at least 3 times this summer.
Today was my first time trying Biggby! The customer service was awesome! The two ladies working were friendly and very welcoming! I tried the mocha mocha was delicious!! I found my coffee spot!!

Everyone is always very friendly, store is clean, and food/drink is always made correctly. Only complaint is no electronic tips!! Very important for baristas. Please consider adding this as an option for credit/debit users.

Amazing place with amazing staff if only their credit card machine allowed me to tip. It's a huge disappointment because I never carry cash on me and it would be a great way to show them that they are providing an amazing service to me every time I come in. Would love it if management would work on this. Great place!!!
