Disappointed that they close @ 12am. I would understand if they didn’t have customers that late. All the seats in the bar area were full at 11:45 with a great atmosphere. Everyone having a great time and they close anyway.

Have been going here for years but recently had the best server. His name was Nolan and he was attentive despite it being a busy day with March madness going on. Even when there were delays with food or drinks he was communicative and made sure we knew he was checking on it. Really appreciated the extra updates and made our dining experience great.

Worst 75 dollars spent. The wings were freezer burnt and tiny. Waitress had an attitude but did come around - so not terrible in the end. Loud restaurant…If your restaurant has WINGS in its name they shouldn’t be FREEZER BURNT :(!! Very disappointed this evening - hope it was a one off night…I’ve heard better things but tonite was not a good experience for the price…sorry.

Very disappointed this time with my order. My wings barely had any sauce, seemed more like a dry rub than saucy.

Went in to pick up my order of wings and fries. Notice when I get home that the fries are missing. Call and ask for a partial refund but they say they’re not allowed to give refunds, despite their official refund policy saying otherwise.Guess they’d rather deal with the fees from a chargeback than a $5 refund.

Awful. Safe yourself the trip! My partner and I just went to this location. First off the server was very dismissive of us. It took 10 minutes to get our drink order taken. After waiting she brought back only one drink, a water, with a dead FRUIT FLY in it. FOUL! Then she didn’t come back. Had to get a different employee to show him the fly and then left. Horrific experience. Do not waste your time.

I've spent hundreds of dollars here, maybe even over a thousand. With that being said, I won't return. Not even to redeem my $50 "food credit"They sell old chicken/fries that are cold, hard, and inedible... like they were reheated in a microwave after sitting for 4 hours. When you call to complain, they treat you like a problem and act like you're wasting their time. No compassion or empathy displayed.The general manager "Tim" is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about customers. As soon as he got on the phone, he started talking over me, clearly reciting a script he uses often. He said he was done with me because he felt "insulted" after I told him I don't trust them to remake my food. I was also told "I'm so busy and have other things to worry about"After talking with "Tim", I now understand why my food was in the condition it was. It should have never been served in the first place.Do better.
