I went to buy some hamburgers with my daughter and my wife. When we entered, we didn't receive any attention from the staff; they just looked at us. We waited 10 minutes and left. They were only serving the cars outside; there were only two of them, and they completely ignored us.

The management at this location really struggles with training and communication. New employees are thrown into multiple stations without any instruction, then spoken to with attitude when they can’t keep up. During my visit, I watched a manager snatch fryer baskets out of a worker’s hands and toss them into the oil while giving them a hard time — it came across as harsh, impatient, and unsafe.

This place clearly needs better staffing, calmer leadership, and proper training practices. The crew members work hard, but the management style makes the environment stressful for both workers and customers.

The food was okay. I walked in and ordered my food but heard a manager (White, Short with glasses) absolutely badmouthing a worker that was working. Terrible environment and honesty if there was a problem there was no need to do that in front of customers. Absolutely shocked me and ruined my experience.

Cameron lied to me about a survey that will allow you to receive a free whooper. I was refused the whooper after completing the survey and was told I had to purchase fries and a drink in order to receive the whopper. All of that was not communicated to me before hand.

The employee asked me to pull forward to wait for food although I was the only car in the drive thru. He said having me wait would affect their service time score. He said it would be 3 minutes and someone would bring it out. It ended up being 12 minutes and I had to go inside to get it.

So maybe the person working the drive through should not cough their lungs up into the microphone before just saying “hello? Hello?” Unprofessional and disgusting. I pulled off before even ordering. Might want to train your staff.
