For starters, I have to say that this is the only hot food place that serves decent food on campus. But even then I still have issues with it. I keep ordering no pickles on my order and they still give me pickles. Even though they fix it every time I ask, they give me pickles so often it feels negligent. It’s happened about 20 times now. I feel that this place is also far too crowded, and if you have sensory issues that may be difficult to deal with. I write this because I want to see this place actually improve and to warn people who may be sensitive that your order will get messed up if you’re a regular.

Dietary restrictions: They will mess up your order if you don’t have default ingredients on your meal and you will have to tell them to fix it.

I can't review this one because I never found it. Apparently it's a kiosk, not an actual chick fillet.

What gives! So now the bun is bigger than the chicken?? I remember when it was the other way around, the chicken was huge it made the bun look small but now after this 'mini' chicken sandwich i'm still hungry! :-(

garbage food for garbage people. if you are buying a chicken sandwich here you really are a sucker or a moron. ma lou's is just around the corner....do yourself a favor.

Kelcie helped me and my friend even after they were closed and cleaning up. She took our order and was SUPER nice-- They even let me order a shake! ?Going above and beyond just for us, these people are so incredible. The staff deserve raises for all they do and the little kindnesses really go a long way. Thank you Kelcie and the team at Chic-fil-a EMU! You guys ROCK! ♡

We have stopped there for food for 4 or 5 times in the last 2 months. The first time they got the French fries for 3 meals. This time they forgot my husband's sandwich. Two of the employees were hugging. The young lady that waited on me this time was very kind, as have they all been. It is just very expensive to buy food there let alone not getting all of it.

In our family, both kids and parents love the food, especially having a gluten free bun option. Prices are a touch higher than other fast food options, but food quality seems better, too. Every Chik-fil-a I’ve been to has been clean and well managed. And they usually draw quite a crowd… for a reason! We aren’t the only ones who love this place. While busy, they clearly have good systems that move the line along quickly. Decor is clean, welcoming. and bright. And I really respect a company that is willing to go against the grain to treat their employees well, like closing on Sundays to give them a day off.
