Very long wait, starry tasted more strongly of high fructose corn syrup than normal, chicken had weird taste and had soft breading, mac and cheese was okay but tasted very artificial

A worker didn’t call out my food and then when I asked 20 mins later they told me they threw it away cause I didn’t come up. But it was never called! This worker was so disrespectful when I confronted them and it didn’t get remade till a manager got involved after 35 mins of waiting. So disappointing.

For starters, I have to say that this is the only hot food place that serves decent food on campus. But even then I still have issues with it. I keep ordering no pickles on my order and they still give me pickles. Even though they fix it every time I ask, they give me pickles so often it feels negligent. It’s happened about 20 times now. I feel that this place is also far too crowded, and if you have sensory issues that may be difficult to deal with. I write this because I want to see this place actually improve and to warn people who may be sensitive that your order will get messed up if you’re a regular.

Dietary restrictions: They will mess up your order if you don’t have default ingredients on your meal and you will have to tell them to fix it.

I can't review this one because I never found it. Apparently it's a kiosk, not an actual chick fillet.

What gives! So now the bun is bigger than the chicken?? I remember when it was the other way around, the chicken was huge it made the bun look small but now after this 'mini' chicken sandwich i'm still hungry! :-(
