Every Single time I visit Chicken Shack in Ypsilanti, I have the best experience! I ordered the 4 piece chicken dinner with roasted potatoes and coleslaw and a 6 piece chicken bites with fries for my grandkids. The food is super delicious, the store is extremely clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming! Im so happy that I have another Chicken option to choose from because Chicken Shack will always be my 1st choice! Thank uoi chicken shack for always ensuring my order is correct and complete! Was my first time at a Chicken Shack location. The young gal at the front counter was very welcoming and nice. The bathrooms were also very clean. Food is delicious, but it's a very once in a while type meal as it's a bit greasy and quite salty. The hot n' spicy sauce is delicious. Overall very good experience.

Please hire more respectful workers. I also would encourage hair nets at your facilitates, as well as the cleaning up of your restrooms & tables after people eat at your establishment so the next customer can have a clean table.

Chicken Shack rocks especially Ypsi. All food is hot and done right. If you come in and put order in it will take about 15 min. Service is top notch. The Best is Jan. So up beat always smiling she'll do anything to make your visit great..Love Jan😉. Love Chicken Shack..
