When I drove by this place I wasn't convinced that anything good would come out of there but I couldn't have been more wrong. After one of my co-workers assured me this was the place to get pizza nearby, I took them at their word and ordered a gluten-free chicken alfredo pizza and was blown away by how amazing it was. They have an endless selection of toppings and I was able to make my perfect gluten-free pizza and I was thrilled to learn that their bone and wings are also gluten-free. The consistency of this place has proven to be excellent and I can't wait to order again.

My pizza and sub sandwich was delivered 2 hours and 30 minute late and driver stated sorry our delivery driver had an accident, I can understand the frustration however my food is very,very cold and I requested no cheese on my sub because I’m allergic WELL MY sandwich has cheese melted on it. Also as I type this I’m on hold trying to let the store know and right now I’m on hold(6;24) and counting. This is the store located on Huron Street Ypsilanti, To be fair I usually get Great Service from Cottage Inn In still on hold

Ordered online but when we got there they said they never received the order. Said they could make it right then so we waited. Twenty minutes later they said they didn’t make it. No apology at all. Horrible service!

I had a coupon for moving into my first home. I attempted to use it on the app for this store, it’s the location it brought up as being the closest. The order would not process no matter how many times I tried, an error would pop up and say that the store was not accepting online orders and that I had to call. I eventually did so and was told on the phone they couldn’t apply it over the call but could in store if we brought in the flyer. When my boyfriend got there to pick up the food, a male employee tried to tell him that I did not try to use the coupon on the app?! I told the woman over the phone that I did try and it wouldn’t go through. We ended up having to pay for everything when the pizza was supposed to be free. In addition we ordered bread and wings so we weren’t trying to get just the pizza for free, we were paying for other items too. Just totally rude and a bad way to handle someone new, especially when we brought in the coupon to apply and prove we had it.

I Only Pulled into this store to allow a passenger to go inside and purchase drinks. This was the Circle K for a Long Time

Even a Karen would be satisfied with this pizza place!Both Take out and delivery are speedy and arrive hot. Excellent customer service. After 2 years of ordering from here they have made 0 mistakes with my orders.A bit on the pricier side if you don't go with specials, but freebies with the point system help out.

Food is consistently undercooked, especially the bread sticks. I've had similar problems at other locations but this one in particular must have a broken oven or something.Ordered tonight figuring it would take a while given the Super Bowl. I was surprised that it came in like 15 minutes. However, the bread was almost completely raw and the pizza seemed like it was cooked for less than 5 minutes. I'm sure it was crazy busy with the game, but it's unacceptable to sell inedible food as a result.
