I ordered a large Greek salad and there was like four olives on there two tomatoes, two banana peppers, three little slivers of onion, 5 small beets on there. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back for $15 large salad. I should’ve just got the small salad. There was barely anything on it. There was no toppings on it. That’s not how we made the food when I worked there back in 1998. I used to work at the old Grove Road store. If I remember this store is owned by Shafi and his son Nick. I’ve worked in Pizza industry here in Ann Arbor for at least 20+ years and I know that vegetables is not an expensive food cost item like cheese or meat. The guy that was taking my order seems really lost not trained. It took him forever to take my order on the computer. I asked him to swap out the Greek dressing for Italian dressing and added Italian dressing as an extra charge and I told him I want to swap it out that should be free, but he was gonna charge me extra to swap it out.. I won’t be coming back here. Once I open the bag and saw how they had made my salad I asked another driver or somebody working in the back to make the salad correctly. Even he seemed completely lost as how to make anything there. was no one in the store.. I wonder why maybe because the food just sucks and it’s overpriced. I wouldn’t complain if it was like a $9.99 salad but I paid like $15. I wanted to try the cream cheese garlic dip with breadsticks, but it comes with marinara and I didn’t want marinara because it’s gonna give me acid reflux. The person taking my order couldn’t understand how to swap it out. He just wanted to charge me extra so I told him just forget it. forget the breadsticks, forget the sauce and the cream cheese garlic dip. I’ll just get my salad. Just an awful experience.

I ordered sesame seed crust. When I got home I noticed the crust of the pizza was salty as hell, it turns out the gave me everything crust even though the box says sesame seed. I have high blood pressure and can now only eat the middle of the pizza because the salt is even mixed in to the edge of the cheese. Even without health concerns there is just way too much salt to even be able to eat this. They offered to remake it, but I picked it up on my way home and am miles away. They also offered a partial credit, but they ruined the pizza, so a partial credit isn't enough. So I will not be returning to this location. The turnover of employees is unbelievable, and that apparently means they don't know how to do their jobs.

This location needs to retrain its workers. I watched them overcharge a customer, and when the customer calmly asked why they were overcharged, the employee tried to gaslight the customer and threatened to call the police!! I have never seen anything so absurd in my life! 7/22/25 7:00 pm I AM REQUESTING ANY HIGHER UPS TO PLAY THE CAMERA FOOTAGE BACK AND HAVE A TALK WITH THAT EMPLOYEE.

Charging as much as they do for the slop they call food is actually criminal. I’m pretty sure they used expired products because the smell emanating from the pizza was absolutely revolting. At that point I called back for a refund to which they responded with hostility acting like I was some sort of scammer. Then proceeded to cite that they had made the “food” to spec and that there was no error. At that point after the hostilities I just called it a loss. I didn’t want a the food remade or a credit I just wanted money back on a product that was inedible and honestly a health hazard. 1/10 would never bother wasting my time at that place ever again, and advise everyone not to take the risk of a foodborne illness eating from that establishment.

Considering the location, I was surprised the restaurant was very clean and the pizza was delicious. Fresh. The service was professional. 2 weeks ago they had a 999 special and now it was $11.99

Went in today (Sun Feb 2nd) around 3 PM to dine in for a late lunch with my family of 5 (Myself, husband, and 3 kids). I hadn't been here in years and wasn't sure if the buffet would still be up and running or not, it wasn't but that didn't bother us at all, we just ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter of Pepsi. The dining area was empty, but well maintained, and it made for a nice atmosphere. The employee behind the counter (not sure of his name) was very nice and welcoming, informing us promptly where to find cups and plates. Our order was done quite quickly, and I had been expecting that we would need to go grab it from the counter, but the employee was kind enough to bring it straight over to our table. The pizza (hot honey chicken, and a half cheese/half pepperoni) was seriously delicious, made very well. It was a very pleasant experience for us and we would absolutely return!! Thank you for being nice and welcoming in these times when impersonal standoff-ish customer service seems to be becoming the norm! ❤️
