Stupid slow service don't bother unless you got time to spare

This place is terrible. I ordered online at 1:38 am. The delivery time was longer than expected, but I was fine with it. Delivery was estimated at 2:38 am. I finally got through at 3:20 to see if they were still coming. She’s like oh must have lost your ticket. Then gets back on the line like hey we don’t have any tots lol umm okay the very limited menus and that’s a main thing. Then says oh we only have Mt dew (ordered cherry Pepsi) so yeah I’m like atp just cancel it. What a waste of time and now I have to wait for my money back x many days because “they lost a ticket” crazy because it was ordered online! Plus a great tip. Never again

Incredibly slow service. Over an hour wait for two calzones with almost no one in the restaurant. One worker was continuously texting. The other was texting, using his earbud, touching his hair, touching the register, touching supplies, and touching food all with no gloves or handwashing. Would not recommend. Won’t be back.

Definitely would recommend the Italian zone over anything else. If you’re looking for something completely stuffed with meat and cheese on a late night munchie run this is definitely the place.

We thought no one was working because he was in the back and couldn’t hear anyone come into the store :( food wasn’t as good as it used to be, Mac and cheese was kind of sour tasting?
