This is my first time trying Dunkin’ and they made my order DISGUSTING! Where in your life does this contain 2 cream? Highly disappointed and the hash browns taste like they’ve been sitting in the oven waaaay too long. You can literally smell them before you taste them. Will not be supporting this location or possibly any Dunkin locations after this. To top it off, they DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!

I love Dunkin and only went out of my way from Ann Arbor to this location because it was raining and the new location downtown is not open yet. The two times I’ve been here, they have either been totally out of strawberry or had to remake the green tea. Service also just generally feels very slow. This last time, after they remade the green tea, my strawberry refresher was nothing like what I get at the other stores. It had little to no flavor. Looking forward to the new store downtown in Ann Arbor so I can just go there instead.

I went through the drive-through (which always takes 10 min despite no line inside or out) and got my usual mocha frozen drink. It like tasted like syrup crap. I went back and had it remade but tasted awful again. Super sad this was my fav frappe but just look at this DARK SYRUP DRINK soo gross. I felt bad, but I went back in and they did refund my money. My stomach aches

I waited 20 minutes in line for an iced coffee and 2 donuts. Got the items the coffee was way wrong and the donuts were wrong. Drove back up there got my coffee corrected and somehow while they are standing in front of the case asking me what donut I want they still managed to grab the wrong donuts. Wasted an hour of my life and still never got the correct items.
