The best food around, authentic Korean food. Family owned, been around for a very long time 40+ yrs. Food is excellent, a must try. Mr. & Mrs Lee and the sweetest and kindest people around.

I would very much try to give this place over a 5 star rating but sadly i can't. The food was crazy good and they even packed your food for you! I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some good Korean food.

We stopped for lunch and all 4 of us tried different dishes. Long story short there were 4 empty plates a short time later. Maybe not the best Korean food I've ever had, but no complaints at all.

Beware if you’re vegetarian and order for pickup…I placed a pickup order over the phone and clarified several times that my family was vegetarian and that I wanted a vegetarian bibimbop and I asked whether the mandu (fried dumplings) were vegetarian. When I got home to enjoy my meal, I found a heap of beef on my bibimbop, and I’m almost certain there was minced pork in the mandu. When I called the restaurant, I asked if there was pork in the mandu and the employee said “no, only vegetables.” When I asked why my bibimbop had beef in it, she stated “I wasn’t there when the food was packed. Just pick it out.” I rarely leave poor reviews, but this was unacceptable. I love Korean food and was hopeful this would be a new go-to. Absolutely avoid.

Had their food for the first time and everything was delicioussss! We got galbi gomtang (short rib soup), kkalguksu (noodle soup with clams), and nakkji bokkeum (octopus stir fry spicy). Reminded me of my mom's korean homemade cooking.

What a great pleasure to discover such a wonderful treasure! Places like this are such a rare find. Clearly this place has been around for years by the looks of the building and signage that are original. This should be a clue to go check out a well worn in all the right places and established business. The Kalbi was some of the best I've had. And the bon chon was great. My favorite part was the charming owners and staff. Looking forward to my next visit.

We enjoyed everything we had for our dinner at hana. My husband had the jap Chae, my grandma got bugolgi, and I had kimchi pork. You know I had to try a piece of theirs too, and it was all delicious. They have a great selection of ban chan (side dishes that come with the meal). We also ordered vegetarian fried dumplings that were excellent.

Some of the best Korean seafood I've had the lunch prices are much better priced than dinner. The people are always nice.

I absolutely love this place. One of my favorite all-time restaurants. I used to live and work in the area, but now only return to see family and I go out of my way to come visit or pickup take-out. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is such a gem! The owners/staff are wonderful and the food is excellent. It's also a very good value. I absolutely adore the mandu and the pork bokkeum. I'm in Chicago now and I still haven't found a Korean place I like as much as I love Hana!

Delicious, friendly, quick service! I went with my family around 4 pm on a Friday and there was just one other family. The outside looks a little run down, but the inside was nice and clean. The waitress was very nice and attentive. I got the japchae and my brother and mother both got the bibimbap. The amount of food was generous and we took home leftovers. The waitress was even kind enough to put our leftovers in the to-go box herself. The prices are very reasonable. However, they use mung bean spouts in their bibimbap, which is our only complaint. All in all, I would definitely go again!!

Great little restaurant with good food and friendly staff. The food was delicious and well prepared and tasty. I would definitely stop in here for another bite.

The most hole-in-a-wall "mom and pop" Korean restaurant in the area. Nothing about it is impressive on the outside but that's how you know the food will be good. Our server was polite and made jokes during our interactions. We were given four different banchans - all staples like a few different kimchis and radishes with seaweed. The cabbage kimchi here is pretty sour. SOFT TOFU STEW (PORK) - 11.95 I got this with medium spice and it was perfect for me! Not enough heat for the tears to come out, but it was a good amount to keep me humble. Overall, I thought the broth was very tasty and flavorful. The pork was a good choice, but the pieces stuck together easily. There was a good amount of tofu (pretty standard, nothing special). There was a good amount of green onions mixed in. Decent soondubu and probably one of the better ones in the area. The reason why I took off a star is because of the amount of MSG in the soondubu. My mouth was dry the whole evening after dinner and it was still dry when I woke up the next morning (despite drinking multiple cups of water throughout the night). The food is good and so is the price, but this amount of MSG is not necessary. Next time, I want to give one of their meat entrees a try since that seems to be pretty popular here.
