Wish there was less than 1 star to give. Ordered food at 3:30 to be ready at 4:45 pm. It is now 5:30 and I finally have the order. Our event started at 5. No attempt to rush or offer compensation. AVOID this place at all cost, if you actually have a timeline.Also, please don’t try to ask me to spend more of my time contacting corporate so that you can fix the situation. The appropriate time to “fix”the situation would have been when I came to pick my order up at 4:45 and it wasn’t ready for another 45 minutes!My organization will no longer be ordering from this business, yours shouldn’t either.

Online order; email confirmation stated :45 mins. After an hour. My order was coming out of the oven. Ask for an ETA. I got an I don’t know? Disappointed in the level of service.

Picked up a job there for a little extra money. Never in my life have I seen an owner of a business treat the employees so bad. Trying to make more money by cutting the employees pay by half (which is less than minimum wage) and then telling them they have to work over 40 hours (WITH NO PAY) is not how you treat the people that are trying to help grow your business back after the last owner ran it into the ground. Neither is raising the prices and going cheaper on the product people spend their hard earned money for. I will NEVER work or order anything from this store again.

I order a pizza and burger from here after an hour and a half never received it. Kept calling and they kept saying the driver just left. Finally cancelled the order. Girl said she was voiding the ticket. After 5 business days never received a refund. Called my bank to dispute the charge credited my account but then the disputed that. Called their corporate office and the manager told me he was sending me a gift certificate which I did receive but it was only for $10.00. I will never order from them again and would recommend you don't either!

Their ordering system always seems to be having issues. Tried to place an order twice and I can see I was charged twice, but the order never actually went through to the restaurant. This is unacceptable!

Ordered a pizza from CVS took 2 hrs to get to us it was luke warm and wasn't very good...they had a hard time reaching me because I was working why not just deliver the pizza without calling me never ever ordering from them again...our delivery guy shopped before bringing us our pizza horrible service
