I stopped by Ypsilanti Nutrition for the first time and had an amazing experience. Landon was at the front along with another female team member (whose name I didn’t catch), and they both made me feel incredibly welcomed.

Landon took the time to ask about my day, where I was from, and genuinely engaged in conversation — which really stood out. It’s rare to find that kind of energy and authenticity in customer service these days. The place had a positive vibe, and you can tell the staff truly care about the people who walk through their doors.

I ordered the Chunky Monkey, and it was easily the best-tasting shake I’ve ever had — and under $10! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again for the great service!

Used to love the shakes, but recently they have been too thick to drink. I was faithful going every day, but might have to find another location… also, they don’t answer the phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I use to work at an herbal life distributor, and have been to many herbal life distributors and this is my 3rd time here and have not been greeted and or treated well. I am well aware of what it takes to maintain clientele and this is not it. I hope that they become more inviting to patrons who come in to simply want to support herbal life distributors

A great place to go the staff is amazing I love to learn more about the teas and shakes the nutrition part which staff is always available to give answers

Was so HAPPY to have found YN and that they were open on a Sunday, owner was very friendly, tea was great and I'm enjoying a "tea kit to go" at my home on Aruba!! I will be back!!!

Very friendly staff and environment! my boyfriend and i came back the next day because of how delicious the Cherry lemonades were:)

Ordered sour worm refresher, I have cancer and THIS THIS!!!!!! Made me feel so much better. Not bloated God Bless and RECOMMEND ABSOLUTELY!!

MLM scammers

I was in the area and decided to stop by Ypsilanti nutrition, first time i visit a nutrition drink shop. The girl greeted me as soon as i walked in and she was really helpful and nice! As for the shakes and tea, although they were very delicious 10/10 for flavor, i did mention to her that i dont like added sugar and the one she recommended was basically a milkshake full of sugar with a protein scoop not a healthy protein shake! I would like to see this place carry more healthier shake options in the future and i will be a repeat customer. Thank you!!
