This is not acceptable. I can accept mistakes. But I will not accept intentional dismissive attitudes. And that is what I have concluded based on this experience. The pizza is burnt. I have been a customer at this location several times since I moved here a year ago. The product can be great which is why I return. But where I draw the line is that you think this is acceptable. If you would have told me the pizza was burnt and we're going to make you a new one I would have understood that especially because you were extremely busy. However let's face reality. Somebody with their own hands and eyes had to see that pizza and decided to put it in the box to give to me because you're too busy to remake a new one and that it would just simply suffice. Well it doesn't surprise and don't ever try to attempt to justify this review by saying that's what our edges are normally like because that is not true. Now in terms of being busy on a job I can understand that. Which is why no mistakes happen if you would own up to them. But you tried to dismiss it hoping I would overlook it. what I will not overlook is that I work just as hard as you do I'm demanding job so I can get an income and I take that income that I have worked for diligently to spend it on products that I enjoy and to take my hard-earned paycheck and take a portion of it to purchase a product where the staff says it's good enough it'll pass, is not acceptable. The insult of all of this is what upsets me. I did not return to the store so you can make it right because that would have been a great inconvenience by driving back another 20 minutes. Not worth it. Especially when I feel that if you think this is acceptable I'm going to have to negotiate with you to believe that I don't agree with you. So I saved my time and while speaking of savings. That income that I work for will go to Aubrey's and Domino's and an occasional Frozen di geronimo's. They are very good products also.

They sent a doordasher with my food. I paid cash and the doordasher had no money to split a $50 bill for a $30 order. I was forced to tip him $20. I find this to be completely inappropriate for a business to allow. Doordash is cool but not when it forces you to leave a bigger tip that you wanted to. Completely unprofessional.

Waited over 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza and bread sticks. Probably the worse pizza we have ever eaten. Our order was over $45 for maybe 10 little pieces of chicken with no bbq sauce. Will never order from Hungry Howies again

Second time of just horrible pizza. Order a large 3 topping pizza for delivery and was quoted 35-40 min. An hour and half and 2 phone calls my pizza got here cold and doughy. Wasn't even cooked. So disappointed. Second try was given after a horrific first time thinking it was a fluke. I rarely order pizza but I'll just stick with jets or papa John's because this was horrible. The staff I spoke with were very kind but clearly they have issues at this location

Would have been nice to have gotten my food. Driver lied and said he knocked and called my number and supposedly waited 15 minutes. I was standing outside my home for 1/2 an hour waiting. Then when I called the store. They offered to deliver my COLD order. Absolutely unacceptable.

This location is the BEST. I ordered a pizza online and accidently hit no cheese when trying to select extra cheese. They tried to contact me to verify my odd request but my phone number had changed from the one that autofilled in the order form. I called the store and told them about MY mistake and they happily remade the pizza with cheese which was made perfectly. Everyone was nice and didnt make me feel stupid for ordering wrong.
