Asked for deep dish and was given hand tossed. Wings were over cooked. Marinara sauce is like liquid tomato sauce. Garlic butter just taste like butter.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza. They gave us a BBQ chicken. This Hungry Howie's in Ypsilanti. Told me that I couldn't keep the order they screwed up on. I had to give the pizza back.. Should of ordered from somewhere else.

Something went wrong with my large order- it wasn’t ready for pickup and hadn’t been received by the store. Bailey R was quick to apologize and solve the problem. I had hot, fresh pizzas within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service.
I received a customer service credit and tried to use it. But the delivery and gas fee is outrageous. Almost $7!! Since when does the company tell the customer they are paying for the driver's gas?Plus they have set a minimum of $7.99 to deliver. A $25 credit doesn't mean anything. You have to order above the credit to get a delivery. This is ridiculous.When you are gouging $7 from the customer to pay for the driver's gas you shouldn't have a minimum.I worked in pizzas for over 40 years.Companies are trying to get as much as they can from the customer. Maybe they are trying to encourage pickup to save the cost of having to pay for a driver. But charging $7 per delivery they are almost having the customer pay for the driver.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this place! The staff is very friendly and accommodating! I see a few negative reviews, which really surprises me! Because that HAS NOT been my experience AT ALL! I have a 14-year-old son, and live about 3 minutes away so we have ordered from here countless times in the past 4 years. Every time I order, everything is correct, the food is incredible and very reasonably priced.Highly recommend!
