This was the worse service I have ever received in my entire life. Sat down and didn’t get a waiter/waitress for over 30 minutes. Many times they looked over at us and made eye contact with our table and we made many gestures to try and get their attention but never came to take our order.

DON'T COME TO THIS IHOP IF YOU LIKE BACON!!!! AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!! I ordered the breakfast sampler which comes with 6 pieces of meat. I ordered 4 bacon 2 ham. My husband ordered the Farmhouse breakfast which also come with 6 pieces of meat, but only 2 of his were bacon. I honestly thought they had given me old bacon when I tasted it because it was hard, chewy and tasteless. So I sent it back. The next batch was the same. Mind you I eat at IHOP regularly, so I realized they had changed the bacon. I bit one piece and had my husband tasted it to confirm. I told the waitress and asked for the manager. The waitress said she would give us a discount so that was fine. I didn't really look at the bill until after I paid and gave her a 20%, $6.10 tip. When I looked at the bill I realized she had given us both the senior discount, 10%, totaling $3.20 for both meals, which we were already entitled to. I was going to let it go, but it was the principal that they had not credited our meal for the horrible bacon. So of course I asked for the manager. After I explained the situation she takes my card to give me an additional credit, I thought. This, women took a whopping additional $1.40 off of my bill. Now I am pissed 😡 she trys to explain that she can only give me one discount. I reminded her I was not asking for a discount but a credit for the disgusting bacon. Mind you, four pieces of bacon on the menu costs $5.79 and two pieces of bacon cost $2.29. Any manager who cares about repeat business would have credited my meal and apologized for my inconvenience, but not this one. I would have been satisfied with the $5.79. Now they have lost a customer. I will take my money to a place that appreciates my patronage! Thank you very much.

Last 3 times I went here I left to go somewhere else because 1.5 hour wait was too much for me. 1.5 hour wait on top of waiting for food in a busy restaurant. It would be 2 hours before I had gotten food. No thanks.

We were here Aug 25th for my daughter's birthday. No complaints fast friendly service, food was really good. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a free desert or anything for my daughter but I feel as if all places have eliminated free anything at all restaurants for bdays so probably not their fault. Also, serving sizes (for eggs) were to me, extremely small for an adult dish.
Food sucks and they won't replace it or refund you.

First time here. Placed an order for pickup online. 2/22 around 9-10am there was a latin guy at the front counter. I ordered a omeletter and pancakes. I asked if i can some of the scoop butter. Instead, he gave me 2 packs of the packaged butter. Did not press it. upon going to the car I realized that there was only 1 butter and 1 syrup in the bag. while in the parking lot i buttered my pancakes, and realized I needed 3 more butters and 2 more syrups. I went back in to ask him for that, and he politely stated "I thought I just gave you some extra butter, wasnt there some in the bag?" I replied yes, but it wasnt enough. he then proceeded to inform me that a stack of 3 pancakes comes with one butter, and one syrup, and any additional is extra. after not moving he saw my attitude begin to show in my face and said "I will give them to you this time, but next time there will be an additional charge" I asked for extra butter and syrup? he said yes. I asked how much? he said you dont have to worry about it this time. I said so I can know for next time. He said "like... a dollar". I then returned to the car to finish buttering my lukewarm pancakes where the butter I put on it never even melted in the first place because the pancakes were just about room temperature. 1.)he was polite the whole time but it was that kind of polite that was like "im going to be nasty but say it politely so nobody can say I did anything wrong". 2.) i dont know if that 1 syrup 1 butter thing is a thing, but maybe you all should let your employees know what is the maximum extra a customer can request. I would hate for anyone else to be embarrassed like how I was. This interaction made me personally feel greedy and embarrased. I hate asking for special requests becuase I dont want to be "that guy", but he made me into "that guy" today. I've am now continuing the rest of my day feeling fat, greedy, and ungrateful, when all i really wanted was 3 hot buttery ihop pancakes. I cried. The colorado omlette was really good.

I went the week of New Year, so everyone was ordering most customers ordered online but the people were friendly, and they were short of staff but were very polite regardless of how short of staff they were. My food was ready in 20 minutes due to me ordering online. Stop in and enjoy a hot breakfast in a quiet warm environment
Parking: the parking lot is pretty spacious and also has parking in the back of the building as well.

Got lunch at 10:30 and frys were hot and good .The chicken sandwich was cold and dry . Believe meat wasn't warmed and cold lettuce and tomatoes were put on it .no sauce caused it to be dry and cold .Onion rings were so hard i couldn't chew them .Total bill with tip $26 .won't return.
